Update they do accept out of state financing. They will accept a credit union check. You need to talk to the out of state sales lady who handles all of their business. Just ask for that person instead of talking to a regular sales individual. She was very hopeful even though we couldn’t close due to transportation issues.

Carlos Gonzalez is the best Sales Consultant i worked with! He Kept his word by helping us leave the dealership with the car we needed. A great place to buy new cars. The sale deal is simple and straight forwared. My sale manager is Ms. Perez helping me to reserve the car even before it has been arrived the dealer. No hassle and less stress vs others. Even the support office would arrange the appts for the deal. Stop by if you need to purchase new cars.

It was a long wait, but work was completed. I decided to stay. Ms. Tracy was very nice and did my paperwork. She let me know additional work was needed to my dads truck and the price. They also texted me a video of the findings and a breakdown of what passed and what needed attention. Very helpful. After 5 hrs, i was called to the cashier for payment. Very busy for a Saturday, and i had a morning appointment, lol.

Friendly people, especially our sales fleet manager Jim Park. He was very good to us, give us a good price on a 2020 Corolla hybrid. and if you are really buying car or not make sure you call, bring all papers they need otherwise you'll be there longer.

I take my car to get service here all the time staff is friendly. Prices however are a bit pricey but I like that they keep record of what they had already done to my vehicle and when they did it. This way they can know what it needs. Today just got the oil change was not a long wait. Love that they have a shuttle option if you don't want to wait there youb can get drop off at home and then come later to pick your car up. There is some construction being done to the service area I can't wait to see the finish results.

I have driven from San Diego to Carson twice now to buy new cars. The local dealers were unwilling to do work with me on even basic arrangements. Luckily, I got to work with Jim Park at Carson Toyota, who was an absolute professional and provided excellent customer service.
