I took my vehicle for an oil change, it was done in no time, just as they promised. It’s always a pleasure going to Carson Nissan they always make sure everything is well done on my vehicle. Thanks to all the crew members especially Osvaldo and even Maria the cashier they are so friendly. Will definitely bring my vehicle back.

Edgar was of great help. I appreciated him keeping me informed and offering me a ride to my home and back when my vehicle was ready. This was very helpful as I had my little one with me. I was informed of an overall observation of my car aside from the reason for my visit and I was grateful as I wasn’t aware of some things .

Ozzy is the most kinda's man. I have ever met at Carson Nissan. I would give him multiple trophies for all the help that he has given me with my 2018. Rogue, the service was superb, he is superb.If I don't know what else to say, except that Ozzy is the best and Carson Nissan is the BEST.

The service technician Osvaldo Orozco was great. He was very thorough and informative. The ladies in the cashier were very friendly and helpful as well. I was in there on a Saturday. It was very busy but they stayed onto of my servicing to ensure I was cared for in a timely manner.

Ozzie was absolutely the best, made me feel confident that he is doing the very best for me, that he is being both very honest and super generous in this attention to every detail. I am very grateful to have him as my service contact.

Took my car in for many electrical/software issues. I believed Edgar is his name, he’ll me and took into consideration all my concerns I had. That guy needs a raise or higher position . He did very good job helping me out.

The sales process went smoothly! Sales team very helpful. If you know what you want they will make it happen. I was waiting for maybe 6 months for the New Frontier Truck but they did not have in stock the Pro-4X CC until I call Christian and he told me that they did not have it but he will make some calls to find it for me. The next day I got a DM and we started the prosces of paperwork. It only took about 3hrs compared to 5 to 6 back then. The next day Chris called me to let me know that my truck was ready! From Dec 30th to the 31st all was done. I am very impressed w sales and my new Nissan Frontier Pro-4X CC. Boulder Gray! Thank you to the new Carson Nissan Team. This is our 7th generation vehicle from Carson Nissan.

I just got a ‘23 Rogue from Carson Nissan and I couldn’t be happier. The staff there is A-1, especially our salesperson, Julianna. She was so professional, patient and helpful throughout the entire process. Freddy, the manager and Rodrigo the finance guy were also very professional, honest and transparent. I purchased a 2020 BMW X1 from Carson Nissan. The salesman Angel approached me and knew I wasn’t there to waste time. He provided me with great customer service! I was definitely satisfied with how they treated me during the buying process! I recommend asking for Angel to assist with your car purchase!

I went to Carson Nissan to get my oil changed and when I came in they told me for the mileage I had in my car that it would be recommended to change my air filter changed and other things replaced before they go bad he gave me a good price for all the repairs plus the oil change and break check and it was all done in a timely manner everyone was so nice as well

I recently purchased a used 2016 Jeep Wrangler and worked with Juliana!! She was fantastic and I would definitely recommend her!! Juliana knew how protective I was about my credit and reassured me that they don’t run your report through 5-7 different banks which I’ve dealt with before.. she was able to run some numbers and give me an estimate before actually running my credit and I truly appreciate that.. Fast, friendly and efficient service. Hunter was very nice and knowledgeable. Way different experience I got from Gardena Nissan. At Carson they know what they are doing and we're able to fix my tailgate without any delays. I only got excuses and " I don't knows" at Gardena.

Eric Martínez is great at his job and always makes sure that his team is just as great also. Eric is very helpful and always like to fix our issues or recommend what can be done.
