The best thing about this bike is the customer service that comes with it from the Rize team. I spoke to Charlie both times and he was patient and helpful. The bike came in excellent condition but I couldn't find one little spring and it had one little knick on it. They didn't hesitate to send off touch-up paint and extra parts. The bike itself is AMAZING. It feels sturdy, looks well built and definitely turns heads. It is really fast and super powerful. The headlight is bright and the display works well. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again!

Great experience. Wasn't sure which ebike to purchase, but I sent a request to Rize, asking questions about the Bolt and I received a call and had all my questions answered. Shortly after, I ordered a Bolt, and it arrived in very good condition. Easy to put together and have had fun riding it. I still have not determined how long the battery will last - never gone far enough.
It's a great deal, comparing to other ebikes and I'm very happy with it.

I can't say enough good things about my Rize Mini or the outstanding customer support I've received since owning my bike. Just over a year ago, my Dad, my brother and myself all bought Mini's to use strictly for hunting purposes. I did months of research. There are 15 million manufacturers of e-bikes, but ultimately I landed on the Rize Mini. We needed something that could be compact and fold up to allow for all our other gear we take. These bikes have been amazing. Can't believe I've been hunting all these years without one. And as with anything you're using off-road, in the woods, in mud/rain, you're going to be hard on your equipment. The folks at Rize have done everything in the power to get me back going as soon as possible. Looking forward to the 2021 bikes that are coming out. Plan on getting my son one for Christmas this year. Would definitely recommend to others.

I got my Rize about 2 weeks ago and have barely ridden it because my gf keeps stealing it for her commute! I finally had a chance to take it out this weekend a few times and was thrilled. I bought it to replace a 2019 Propella 7 speed and this is an entirely different experience… mainly the distance, smoothness, quality of the parts (lamps, brakes, battery, LCD...) generally just the build of the bike is wildly better. I researched the hell out of Rize before getting this, we are very happy with it so far! Will probably end up getting a 2nd one.

I looked at quite a few electric bikes over the course of several months. Most were fair to good bikes, though for the price range I was looking to spend there were cost cutting areas I wasn't happy with. Low end shifting mechanisms, twist throttles and mechanical disk brakes were and are pretty standard in the sub $2000 range with a few exceptions. I was looking into buying another bike when I saw a comment on a youtube video regarding Rize bikes. Curious I looked into Rize and found the Bolt X. Hydraulic brakes, a thumb throttle (I have bad wrist problems, a twist throttle wasn't going to cut it) and the shifting system was better than most. I also needed a step through that fit me (I'm a short guy with a short inseam, the 26" tire step through weren't going to work as well as the 20" tire Bolt X does) I pulled the trigger on the Bolt X as soon as I had the money available and I've not looked back since. The weather has finally started to warm up here. I'm looking forward to a long ride to see how good the range is soon. When I do I may add to this review. All in all I'm very happy with my purchase.

As I had mentioned I'm adding to my review. I've added a few more pictures with the Bolt X with a Brooks B67 saddle. I'm still breaking it in, but it's made a difference. I've done a few 15 mile rides, the battery indicator would slip down into the low 90s percent and with how I ride I think that's pretty good. I'll extend the ride range soon and give an update. All in all I love my Bolt X and look forward to each time I'm in the saddle.

Absolutely love my bike, the company has been great about communication (just call its always easier). I would recommend the bike over any near competitors (more power than Volt, way more features than RAD, way better price than Juiced.

My over all experiences with Rize bikes have been nothing but great and very satisfying as a customer.
I purchased the blade model in July of this year and I ride it every day as my daily driver. I've already put more than 1,500 miles and all the electronics, motor, moving parts of the bike haven't given me any major issues.
The cool thing is they actually care about their customers and products as they gave me a follow up call & asking how my bike is doing and if they can help in anyway.
I would really recommend Rize to anyone in the market for an ebike.

Great Bikes, Excellent Customer Service

My first two e-bikes were from other companies and although they were decent bikes they were no where near as nice, or performed as well as my Rize bike. I live in Pittsburgh a city with very steep hills (for example the 2nd steepest street in the world) and my Rize bike has no problem taking on almost any hill. My Rize Blade is a perfect bike to commute to/from work, or for groceries and is a lot of fun on trails and in the woods. The Blade is also great if you have kids and instead of getting a seat for them, you can put your kid on behind you similar to a motorcycle and feel safe that they are not going to get tossed or injured. I have called customer service a couple times for small issues (brake adjustments, and other minor tune up issues) and every time they have walked me through fixing the problem staying on the phone until I not only have the problem fixed but I am confident to fix it again if needed. The fact that Rize bikes offer not only a variety of bikes but a variety of sensors (torque and cadence) , motors (mid drive and rear hub) and battery sizes (14ahm and 19.2 ahm) makes their bikes much more versatile than many other e bikes on the market. I would definitely buy another Rize bike no questions asked, between the customer service and the quality of the bikes the price of the bikes are 100% worth it.

I have Rize ebike. I love it! It is amazing. I feel like it is a normal bike with some assistance. I can go easily for a 30 mile ride with still enough charging.
I am happy that I accidentally found your company. I was looking so hard for a mid-drive e-bike (I had a rear hub) and I had a couple of options. However, when I saw this one I liked it since it has the looks, the performance, and the price.
I am happy with it. I was traveling but I can't wait ti start riding again since the weather is much better now

I could not be happier with the Rize Leisure bike. It really did fit the needs I was looking for. First I was looking for a full size fat tire with a low step through. I also wanted hydraulic brakes. I like the large 750 watt battery and motor. Nice that the battery integrates into the frame. Really gets you going. The center mount computer with remote controls on the left handle bar is better in my opinion than everything being on the left side. The cruise control is nice to give you a break from peddling when needed. The head light is very bright and the tail light has 2 modes of on and flashing. The suspension front fork works very well. Also comes with a sturdy rear rack. The bike is well built and very sturdy. For the price and features it's a great ride. Would highly recommend it.

I love my Blade! The only thing that would make it better is rear suspension and a more cushioned seat.

I’m grateful they included standard everything that a bike like this should already have, like fenders, seating and foot pegs for two, decent lighting, etc. Seems like so many other manufacturers force you to buy these things as accessories.

The other things I really appreciate are the thumb throttle, good handling and zippy power response. And the combination of cruise control and the fat tires is so much fun! I can set the speed and then relax and sit upright, no hands on the bars. The wide tires hold the bike steady, even uphill at low-speed, as people do a double-take when I go by.

I bought the Rize model a year ago and now have 1000 miles on the bike, I think this is an outstanding bike. I have the upgraded battery and hydraulic brakes and torque sensing model. Just right for me living in the Florida flatlands ! I easily can go over 50 miles on a charge. I had to order a replacement part a couple of weeks ago and they shipped it out promptly under my 1 year warrantee. Great customer support, Thanks, Gary S

I bought two RIZE bikes after seeing one on the dock in Victoria. Great bikes, very sturdy and powerful. Especially love the fact that they come with integrated lights, rack, and water bottle holder (super important!). Shipped quickly to my address in Seattle. Great follow-up support.

We love our RIZE bikes! So much than many of our friends and adult kids have purchased their own! We got the ones that fold in half for easy transport. They are sturdy, zippy, and high quality. The batteries are long lasting, never to worry about losing our assist. They came with many extra's that other companies charge extra for. (ie: fenders, front/rear lights, bell) The only things we purchased extra were rear view mirrors, cell phone holders and a bike lock for safety. One of our bikes was damaged during delivery and RIZE located a local bike dealer that picked up the bike at our home, fixed it, and returned it to us. RIZE was easy to work with stood behind their product.

I have had several calls with Rize customer service with questions before we purchased our Rize bike and several call after purchase. The customer service team has answered each call. I have never not had them answer. They are very open and responsive. I never had a feeling like they were reading from a standard card or form. They engaged with me and understood my requests. Today I remove the ha DEE are to seek out a clinking noise. I found it. Unfortunately I messed up the order of the washer and insert. So I sent a photo and they got back to me quickly with the right order so I could put it back together correctly. The Rise Leisure Step 2020 is awesome. I highly recommend Rize for the superb bikes and customer service. I will buy from them again.

Love the Rize Bikes. Wife and i have over one hundred miles on each one, with no issues. Riding on asphalt and dirt trails. The bikes have great torque and great battery life. Rode 16 miles on State Park dirt trails today and used less than half charge. We. Bought the Bolt X Step throughs. These are great bikes.

Rize Bikes is an amazing company that stands behind their products! I received my 500watt 16ah Blade August 5 2020 and I am over 9000km on it and I had another Blade I sold with 6000km on it. 15,000km in less then 1 year between two blades and no complaints! We purchased 2 of the Rize Bolt to take on our motorhome. They are lightweight enough to put on the ebike rack easily and handle quite well for around the campground and into town. They were easy to put together and learn how to handle. We absolutely love the ebikes and highly recommend for those not wanting to tow a vehicle behind their motorhome!

Just want to send a shout out of recognition to Kevin and Charlie at Rize bikes. After much deliberation, deciding which bike to purchase, Initially I was going to purchase an Aerial Rider X-Class 52 volt bike and didn't have enough money on one of my credit cards so I needed to split the payment between two different credit cards.

I called Ariel Rider's so-called business number SEVERAL times in which no one answered. They're reluctance to pick up the phone prompting me to do a little bit more research on the company and its business practices and I found some forums that shed some light on their their lack of attention to detail regarding their customers and customer service.

Eventually, I did get an answer via email as they informed me that they weren't able to do a Split Payment. I took it as a sign from God that it was meant for me to get the Rize Blade 2, (which is the bike I wanted originally but because of the price difference I was a little bit hesitant).

Charlie and Kevin not only answered the phone (unlike Ariel Rider staff), but they were able to work with me in allowing me to split the payment over two different credit cards.

I want to thank them for their professionalism and a pleasant purchasing experience. I had a few additional sales questions that they were more than willing to answer and provided me guidance on maintaining the Blade 2 as this is my first e-bike purchase. They also made me aware of the warranty and expectations regarding shipping. I'm looking forward to receiving my new Blade 2 and making lots of memories. Purchased 2 Ebikes from Rize. Purchased a RizeX and a Leisure. We are extremely happy with both bikes. They have lived up to their expectations. Contacted customer service on an issue and had a timely response with a positive outcome. I would recommend this company.
