I ordered the Honor heels from their website, and I received my order quickly.
I had read reviews on other websites that carry the Honor shoes that they run narrow, so I made sure to order a half size up.
I am glad I did. The 8.5's are a little loose, but they are still a tight fit, but they are wearable...and they are cute.
The three stars though is for the quality of the shoes. For the price, I was shocked at how cheaply these shoes were made. I have ordered some shoes from China on ebay for $20 that were similar quality to these basically $70 shoes.
Then I saw Made in China stamped on the bottom...so it seems they buy from there too and just mark the heels up.
So, seriously folks, if you can find a similar style to one of B.A.I.T.'s shoes on Amazon or Ebay, I would go that route and save some money. Theyvwill be about the same quality.
Or shell out a little bit of extra cash and buy some quality footwear.

I love BAIT shoes. Ive had 7 pairs so far. I find the sizing VERY inconsistent, but i come back becasue my most favorite shoe they make. I recently ordered a pair of shoes on sale. Description take normal size and use heel insert PROVIDED if needed. They sadly were very large so i asked to exchange. I was told no can do. Ok, it was on sale, i get it.
Responded that i didnt recieve heel insert that was supposed to be included. My CS responded with you can get some from target or Wal-Mart.
Makes me so sad to be treated this way. No sorry, no that was a mistake. Its hard to want happily give your business to a company that handles matters this way.

I ordered two different styles of shoes, both size 8. One pair was a bit loose, but the other was painfully tight. When I emailed customer service requesting an exchange for the pair that was tight, I was told I could not exchange them because they had been purchased during the annual sale. Note that it wasn't a sale item, it was an annual sale of everything in the store, and they refused to take responsibility for their own inconsistent product.

The shoes are good but I do not like their shipping policy.
I paid for shipping 40 dollars and then when they brought me shoes the courier said that I need to pay another 40 euros.For what???
