I've ran in a few times last minute just to get my hair pressed and there's always someone there who's available and competent. Last time the girl did my hair so good I let her trim my ends. No one touches my hair with scissors except Mr. P. at Flavio's, but this girl had skills. I left happy and with a head of healthy hair.

It was great. Best stylists is the owner Chauntay Rouzan. She's been the business for over 18yrs. Up to date all styles that you would want. So I urge to stop by, and see for yourself

PT1 🚩 My girlfriend made an appointment today for 12:15 pm 10/29/21 for hairstylist @DoneByDanielle. We drove way from Palmdale Ca with this appointment being booked weeks ago an today we made it to LA at 8am to be on time for her appointment and the hairstylist wanted her to come in at 1:30pm and that is unexpected and unprofessional. we have a wedding to attend today and this is very disturbing that my girlfriend has to look for someone to get hair hair done by ASAP With openings by 12pm today and once asked for refund as I told her to request the hairstylist for the 25$ booking deposit an she's telling her that's canceling her appointment when the hairstylist is the one breaking the contract after so we will be contacting the BBB. Unexplainable and inconvenience, we know things happen but it's no good to us if we're not treated like a paying costumers. We've been here from 8:50am and business is still closed as you can see.

Very Unprofessional. The owner of the Salon is ghetto, and will not accommodate you after the stylist make an error. I got a wig installed on the 16th of April the unit came off in two days. I called the owner, and she never responded. A week alter I went to the Salon and left a note for Taj to call. She texted me a couple days later, but I didn’t respond, because she was on Vacation. That following Saturday she contacted me, and the conversation went into a shouting match. Taj hung up I’m my face and never called back until I said I’m in my way to the Salon, and that’s when she called back and it still was a shouting match. The Bi+€? didn’t resolve nothing, and I had to chop that 200.00 up as a lost. None of the stylist are licensed, so be aware of the danger at The Glamour Shoppe

I booked an appointment with Shantae and the day of the appointment she did not text me back or call me to cancel our appointment. I waited for 30 minutes in the parking lot as a new customer calling her and texting her to receive no response from Shantae. I am greatly disappointed since I have other obligations I had to postpone to make this hair appointment happen.
