For years, I've frequented Gentletouch Spa where Maritza works wonders. Every visit,, she delicately enhances my lashes, customizing them for longer ends. Her meticulous care and attention to detail are simply remarkable. Additionally, I indulge in monthly facials and massages, a treat so worth it.. It's an experience of pure relaxation, knowing Maritza is there to ensure I'm well cared for. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Carla was amazing. Her Reiki healing and massage skills changed my whole mood. I walked in with anxiety and sadness, and walked out feeling refreshed and full of life again.

My body has been aching for weeks but after a little sound bath with crystals and Reiki I felt lighter. And the following day I felt like I got zinged in the back of my head and everything just started looking bright my mood changed for the better. For some reason I thought back to the session and I know it had something to do with that. I've had Reiki a few times and this is definitely one of the best sessions because it stays with you.

I just got my first facial and I loved it! I got the Gentle Touch Facial aka European Facial. It included Microdermabrasion, extraction, hot towels, and a heavenly shoulder and neck massage. Maritza made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. She has magical healing hands. I will definitely be adding more facials on my self-care routine. Highly recommended!

I love the microdermabrasion facials and my mink lashes ... My eyes are sensitive so we use the sensitive glue and I have no issues. Staff is attentive and listen to your needs and requests.. Maritza or Elizabeth is great for your spa needs.

Elizabeth is the best lash extension person there, she's quick and does excellent work, and she's such a kind young woman much praise to her your definitely 5star worthy. Now the owner Maritzah, on the other hand charges by the hour and she stretches it out to drain your pockets and she tries to make like the condition of your lashes are sooo bad, that's why it takes her sooo long, she'll be unapologetically late for her first appointment of the day to my experience. And she'll speak badly to you.So due to her rude & untrustworthy behavior, the reason for 1 star. So if you do visit this establishment, please ask for Elizabeth she's the best person for your lashes. Ms. Elizabeth you should open your own shop, and train others about wonderful customer service and efficiency, you'll do very well in the industry, you definitely out shine your MOM, she should put her ego aside and take lessons from you.

Unfortunately after my lash appointment I experienced eye irritation as well as swelling, which Martiza (lash tech) stated would go down. Not at all ,This morning extremely swollen,red and painful to touch,I called immediately to address my concerns which I was told no refunds and offered a back massage.So $150 down the drain and No relief for my eyes.BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
