This place is an absolute treasure! I've lived here on two different occasions in the last year while pursuing my master's degree at CSULB having traveled a great distance to do so. The grounds are alive with beautiful, mature trees and character unlike any RV park I've seen in Southern California. And the staff are simultaneously professional and fun to work with who always have smiles on their faces! Oh... the rates are amazingly low for what all this encompasses!

Great rv/trailer park. Becky, the manager, was so helpful and accommodating. The park was so clean and organized. Great and safe location. I would love to stay here again.

Pros: close to everything in Long Beach. Safe area. Seems to be tucked away from the city’s drama. Landlady Kim is great! Fred the neighbor is great!

Con: This is a very tight space! I have a 14 foot trailer and maneuvering was tough. The area is a little loud due to cars and people revving their engines but for $200 a week I was happy :)

Nice Place. The manager, Deborah, treats everyone with respect that is respectful toward her. Treat her in a negative way and you get negativity back at you. Why don't you good people start being nice to one another and you will have a whole new world open up for you. Life is way too short for all these negative vibes.

Only visited but seems quaint. A small place, easy to miss entrance.
Only negative is there's no place to easily turn around so you have to back out. Luckily street isn't busy. I was driving a small SUV.

Management stays on top of this place. Always well paved roadway. Friendly maintenance. Monthly is reasonably priced.

I wish that the park had space available. I would gladly move my trailer to this location which is clean, quiet and well managed.

I love the nicely manicured yards and the laundry facilities and so far I haven't found 1 thing I don't love about it
