Manduka

I absolutely LOVE this Brand and the group of people behind it! I have been using Manduka products for the past 13 years as a yoga instructor and wouldn't recommend anything else! Their yoga Mats are the best, try the PRO or Prolite, and love the cork blocks for everyday use. If your just getting started get a mat, two blocks a strap and a bolster.... you won't regret it!

I love my Manduka mat and enjoy using it not just for yoga, but for my somatic exercises. It's easy to clean and the quality is very top notch! Quality is one of the key components I looked for while vetting a variety of mats and I'm thrilled that after extensive use - my mat is a staple of my life.

The pro is my favorite mat. I have been using it for more than two years and it still holds up perfectly like no other brand. Would definitely recommend this to anyone. I do more than just yoga on my mat and the cushion is perfect for a variety of exercises!

That's my favorite mat of all times! I recommend manduka mats for everybody not just yogis. And I wish you would start making them bright yellow color one day. That would be totally awesome!

I bought this mat for my border collie. Bishop really enjoys this mat. In fact, he gets pretty tired after walks and likes to relax on the mat for 4 hours. it's a little challenging to clean the fur out of the mat, so make sure to have a good vacuum cleaner. Except that, the mat is pretty good overall. The color is nice and it blends in with my interior design.10/10

Watch out for their online description and images. I ordered the PRO mat but received the PROlite mat. I tried contacting them and they're not willing to exchange the item. The information provided was completely Misleading and possibly fraudulent with complete lack of customer support. Based on my experience, I do not recommend purchasing from this company. Below are pictures of what I ordered online versus what I actually received.

I purchased a yoga eko 4mm mat after purchasing the ProMat and being incredibly impressed.

However with time the ProMat has held up and this has already started to literally break into pieces.

When I contacted Manduka about the wear on the mat they said that is normal and that the eco-rubber isn't like their pro mats and this wear should be expected.

Don't trust them in Manduka tag. If it's not a pro you're better off spending $20 at Walmart.

Sidenote: You're not being Eco friendly if your Eko mats all end up in the landfill.

I would give them ZERO stars if I could but their quality of mats awards them the minimum obligatory ONE star review.

I chose this product because of the quality and efforts towards sustainable practice in producing the mats. I’ve been getting by on $40 mats because I’m not wealthy, but I convinced myself I deserve something of better quality and more responsibly sourced so I researched a little and decided to order a mat online from Manduka.

I had specific dimensions I was looking for and found one I liked. When I ordered it the dimensions were wrong upon arrival. I double checked the website as well as my shipment details and I had in fact selected the dimensions I wanted. So I proceeded to contact customer support.

Unfortunately their customer support is far from supportive or understanding. They admitted that there was a typo on the website but told me I received the “correct” item. They were quick to provide me with a means to return my item through FedEx, but did not offer to ship me another mat in exchange (in the meantime). I had to wait til they received the item to begin a remboursement, then wait up to 10 “business” days (2weeks) before the money is returned, THEN I can use my money to order another one and wait another “10 business days” to receive another item. All the while hoping there is not another misleading typo. That’s almost a 6week turnaround to get what I paid for. Very inefficient. Not only that but I had to take time out of my day to bring the item to a FedEx office. Now my locality at the time was going through an elevated COVID outbreak and we were asked to stay at home. I mentioned my concern about going out in public to return the item within their 1 month return policy from the purchase date (don’t quote me on that exact detail though); the response was unsympathetic to say the least.

I took a few days to respond and before doing so I checked the website to see if the typo was still there. It was. This tells me they don’t mind letting people order wrong items. I brought it up on the reply e-mail and the response was passive aggressive. On top of all this I get “VIP” e-mail offers to buy more products in the meantime. I had received another e-mail to ask for my customer service feedback. I was honest about my experience and dissatisfaction but it has been over two weeks now and no one has followed up.

Based off of the lack of acknowledgement of bad reviews on google by Maduka management I can safely say that this company does not care about their customers. They have no sympathy for the inconvenienced customer and do not appear to want to improve their services.

They sign off their e-mails with “Namaste” but I feel that they think the light inside them outshines the light inside the lowly discontent customer and does not “SEE” said light in others. Blank superficial statements..

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY!
