Connect Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

A couple of years ago I knew I needed to make some changes in my life. I was unsure of myself, unhealthy and with little motivation so, I decided to make a change. I was tired of going to local gyms and going the same routines so I needed something new. I kept hearing great things about BJJ so o decided to look for a local school and give it a try. Best decision I ever made. The coach was awesome, your training partners are great and the actual sport of Jiujitsu changed my life. The great part was, you can start at any age. I started at 42 and glad I made that choice. I dropped 40lbs and has helped my confidence in my days to day. Best decision I ever made.

You've tried the rest now come try the best! Hands down the best training environment in the area. The professor teaches all levels in a very professional and humble way. His classes are focused on technique and improvement each and every day. I have gotten so much better after training here for just three months! Great school if you want to compete, start something new in your life or get more fit than you have ever been. There are kids classes everyday and lots of classes available to fit your schedule. The Connect family will welcome you with great people to roll with and everything you have been looking for in a gym!

Only train here for a short time, and professor Becker is great at teaching you from the fundamental basics to advancing you bjj game. Overall, great gym, great students, and great coach.

Got the opportunity to train and roll with my niece. Training with a group of BJJ afficionados was just the cherry on top. This is definitely a legit school that takes their training seriously and yet has fun while training. Their instructors are first class and are open to teach you and partner you up according to experience. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to train with you guys and my niece.
