I cant say enough about Shane & the Housing Mart, He is an absolute phenom! He answers questions honestly & doesnt play games like another company in the area we had the misfortune of going too! After realizing things just didnt sound right at the other place we called the Housing Mart & spoke with Shane & instantly felt at ease & taken care of! Shane is the man! He hung with me the whole way during all the issues I dealt with, with the county, and the bank. It was very difficult at times to see it through and Shane was nothing but great to work with. I won't go into detail, but there were a few times where they could have very easily, and understandably, dropped my order. But Shane stuck with me the whole way, and now I have an awesome home that I already love. Rico and his set up crew are the sh*t also. As well as the guy who brought the house in, very skilled. I highly recommend The Housing Mart if you are looking to go with a manufactured home. Dealing with them, and Shane especially, was the best part of this whole experience. OK, so The Housing Mart....what can I say? This place is great, but the single individual who makes this place the GO-TO for homes is Shane Seelye! Shane is the most honest, fun, accommodating and kind "sales person" I have ever dealt with! He totally took time out to squeeze me into a spot so we can try to get a deal doing. He was fun to work with, knows more about the industry than most and will give it to you straight! I would far rather have honesty, even if it's not what I want to hear! If you have any doubts about using The Housing Mart, don't, but DO make sure you ask for Shane! He rocks!

Shane Seelye is a definite must to work with at the housing mart. He went above and beyond for my father who lost his home last March to a fire. He came through with every promise made to us. We have been working with Shane for a couple months now. We purchased the Kit loft home and so far everything has been going smoothly. Shane keeps touching base with us on our property. He has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to manufactured homes. Would highly reccomend!

Shane is awesome! Our land/home package ended up falling through because of the land sellers. However, through the entire process Shane was very attentive to my concerns and was always on top of everything. He was very good about communicating and keeping me in the loop. He did everything he could for us and went out of his way to try and make things work but it just wasn’t meant to be. I would work with Shane in the future with hesitation.

We called and spoke to Shane, made an appointment to meet with him a week later. When we arrived at The Housing Mart office in Chehalis on Sunday, Shane met us on the porch and called us out by name. We were impressed. He was engaged and attentive to our needs. We were with him for 6 hours, and he never once made us feel rushed. We had chosen a home model but wanted some rearranging of the floorplan to fit our lakefront property. Shane helped us make this process painless, and we were able to discuss new ideas with him that might work better. He was most helpful in showing us different examples that we would like, and we had many upgrades and choices to make. We would highly recommend Shane Seelye to anyone who is interested in a manufactured home. We had already settled on a Kit home, and he was very familiar with that brand, and he also shared many points that we had not been aware of. This made us know we had chosen well. Shane is courteous, professional, yet very warm with a good sense of humor. By the time we left his office, we felt like we had established a wonderful new friendship. Thank you Shane! Walked in on a whim not knowing what we wanted and just wanted information. Shane walked us through all the homes on the lot and went over larger floor plans not on the lot so we could see them as well. Shane does not make you feel pressured about purchasing anything. He gave us all the information we needed, answered all our questions, responded to emails and phone calls quickly. I asked alot of questions and he never gave the "i am annoyed vibe" off. We ended up purchasing our manufactured home from him and should be moving in soon. I highly recommend Shane for anyone looking to purchase a manufactured home, he is great to work with.

Kudos to Shane and The Housing Mart. When our house burned we checked several places for a new home. Shane was expert in his knowledge of the models and options, polite and very helpful. When our requirements changed Shane was there for us, went to bat for use and ensured out deposit was returned immediately. When you require housing Shane and The Housing Mart are the way to go.

After visiting several other places to find our home, we came to The Housing Mart in Chehalis & met Shane Seelye. He was very warm & welcoming, professional & knowledgeable. We never felt pressured or that weird “used car salesman” vibe. We decided to purchase from them & are eagerly awaiting our beautiful custom home. I had many “change orders” with the design, & he has never made me feel that it was a burden, always responding promptly & always very helpful. We highly recommend both this business & Shane.
