Place is a SCAM!!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!
Am not big on leaving reviews but my experience with this dry cleaners was horrific. I have been coming here for years even before these new owners. I have never had any issues with any of my essentials sweaters fast forward when they moved to this location from the same shopping center. I went in for my sweater and my order was wrong I received a button up sweater and my coat I had told them this wasn’t mine and they tried to tell me I was wrong. The Husband walked out from the back and said oh yes, I remember your sweater. Let me find it because we are not sure where it is since we moved from one space to another. That should have been my immediate warning, but I tried to be compliant with these people came back couple weeks later and the WIFE Said that she thinks she found my sweater but she hast to confirm with another customer to make sure it is not his in order for me to pick up my sweater that I knew was mine since I did see it hanging from the back!!! Again I was compliant and said OK fast forward to today I went in to pick up my sweater and I received a fake essentials sweater!!! They are saying that I took long to pick it up when I was told by the WIFE once he confirms the sweater is not his I can call you she never DID!!! I showed them a real essentials sweater, and they still argued back-and-forth with me and said that’s what I brought in I lost out on my sweater the 45 bucks I paid for this service that was not fulfilled DO NOT GO HERE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM BUSINESS!!!!!!!!! I have all my proof what they did!!!!

It says they’re open at 8 am but at 8:15 am there is no one on sight and still locked!
