Dr. Seo and his team deserve every bit of praise for their outstanding care! My cat Bentley recently faced a urinary blockage crisis and needed urgent PU surgery. Dr. Seo not only saved Bentley's life but also took the time to patiently explain his condition and offered invaluable advice on his recovery. They accommodated me as a walk-in, easing a lot of my stress when other vets couldn’t take us. Additionally, Dr. Seo's fees were a fraction of what other places were charging which helped alleviate the stress of paying for Bentley to survive. Thanks to their expertise, patience, and reasonable pricing, Bentley is now doing so much better. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Dr. Seo and his team were great to my cat Zelda, she came in not feeling her best and by the time we left she looked so much better. She had a bad case of gas and couldn't keep her food in for a couple days. Dr. Seo and his team treated her and she is now back to normal and feeling great. Very appreciative for their support in getting Zelda back to herself again. She says Hi! :)

adopted this sweet baby from here & later took her to get fixed. The doctor and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Dr explained the procedure beforehand and spoke with me after. I’ve never had a cat before & i was a nervous wreck but the dr was very understanding and made me feel comfortable.

What a pleasant surprise! I have had dogs for many years and I have never been at a Veterinary Clinic that was staffed with such caring, competent people at every level of their organization.
Their hand-on approach to care from the moment you walk in the door is excellent. From the clerical staff to the practitioners, the expertise and customer care skills were top notch.
Actually, medical professionals from local hospitals and physician's off offices could learn a lot from this organization.
Obviously, I highly recommend this clinic and if my dogs could speak, they would give them a big bow-wow! Kudos!

I had previously rated this clinic based in some misunderstanding, but now that I had the opportunity to talk Dr. Seo I can now confirm that he’s very knowledgeable and helpful.
Their prices are very reasonable, and your fur love ones will get the right treatment. The facility is very clean, the staff very friendly and organized.
Honestly this has been one of the best animal clinics that I have taken my dogs when it comes to prices, medication, and a good vet that explains well the condition of your pet.

Great place to take your fur baby. Dr Seo was fantastic. Our pup luna needed pyometra emergency surgery.We were referred to Dr.Seo and his staff from Access In torrance due to us not having insurance. Took one of our cats here at the recommendation of our previous vet whose fees were too expensive. Not only did Economico do our cat's bladder surgery effectively (1 year ago) but the costs were more affordable. We recently took our 2nd cat for digestive problems (a small blockage). The vet recommended a non surgical treatment in office, followed up with dietary recommendations. Both our cats are doing fine now, and we couldn't be happier!

Very good service, the best of all is that no appointment is needed so they can check your pet. If you need surgery that same day they help you, they are friendly. In this case, Dr Seo operated on our dog, he was very professional, he explains what the procedure did with your pet, I recommend it.

Dr. Seo is the BEST. This was my first experience at this office and this vet and his staff couldn't be kinder. We are fostering a nervous pup (Archie) and they were so gentle with him, and with his nervous foster parent, aka me, ha! I can't recommend them more highly and we will be making the drive from the beach to Gardena every time to get fantastic care for our beloved pets at reasonable prices.

Kimberly, the Vet Assistant is so authentic & friendly! She provided such a pleasant experience for me as this was my first time taking a baby kitten to get checked after finding this poor abandoned kitty near my apartment building. Kimberly listened to my concerns and gave me the information I needed. She even took her time to clearly explain how to administer the medications to my baby kitten on 6-22-23. A few weeks ago, my dad had an emergency with his dog Lucky. We took him to his regular vet but they stated they were too full and weren't able to see him. We were referred to Economico Animal Hospital and they were very helpful even though they were really busy they still made lucky and my dad feel like they matter. They went ahead and took lucky in and came to find out he had a mass that had burst and that's what was making him bleed. Dr Seo and his staff were so helpful they explained everything to my dad. What I loved about this place is that they were more concerned on luckys health than what they were going to charge. Price wise, they are pretty good they work with you. Overall I am very pleased with Dr Seo's service he is a very good doctor.

Such an amazing place. They helped and cared for my puppy Bruce Wayne. He was hit by a car. He needed a surgery. It was done promptly and performed flawlessly. They techs and drs are highly skilled and empathetic towards the people and their babies like mine. Thank you.

Earlier this week we were informed our Luna needed to undergo an emergency surgery due to pyometra. We were referred to Económico, where we were lucky enough to meet Dr. Seo & the rest of the wonderful staff. He explained the severity of the situation & told us he would do whatever he could to save our Luna (as her situation was quite dire). The surgery went very well, but after, things got a little too complicated for Luna. Dr. Seo & his staff went above & beyond to stabilize her, even staying after their shift to make sure she was well, while also keeping me updated. Luna is now home and seems to be doing quite well. I am so grateful towards Dr. Seo & the awesome staff for their exceptional service during those very trying moments.

First of all i would like to praise all the staff and Dr. Yoon, Charlie's Dr.
Almost 3 weeks ago i encountered a traumatic experience when Charlie went into shock due to him having GDV. Such an unexpected trauma since he's a healthy 4 1/2 year old GoldenDoodle.
Prior to coming here i had a horrible experience at Metropolitan Animal Specialty Hospital in Los Angeles.
I had rushed my boy there and from the moment i got there it was more about the money and ZERO sympathy. (please read my review left for them)
I called Economico Hospital and the receptionist was extremely caring and concerned about his well-being. She put me on hold and Dr. Yoon picked up and asked many questions about Charlie's current status since i had mentioned what happened a few hours prior when he went into shock and i took him to the other hospital(M.A.S.H) He immediately was able to calm my nerves and asked me to rush him over. He said he would make it a priority to help him and save his life. (GDV is life threatening if surgery isn't done in a few hours). I drove from Burbank to Gardena not caring about the distance because that phone call, he made me feel that everything was going to be OK.
From the moment i got there the wait was very,very minimal and Charlie was taken in for further evaluation. As i'm sitting in lobby i couldn't help but notice how many people were coming in and were quickly greeted by one of the staff at front desk. They would not only greet the parent but also the pet which was amazing because everyone although were very busy, they took the time to acknowledge everyone's situation.
When the coordinator came out to let me know Charlie's diagnostic was in fact GDV, i was shown the price breakdown and everything seemed extremely reasonable (almost 30% less than M.AS.H quoted me). I understand every pet situation and surgery or medical attention has a different price, but after encountering such a horrible experience at the previous hospital the fees here at Economico were actually extremely well priced. Price aside, when someone is going thru a traumatic experience we as humans (a Medical pet Dr.)have to never forget their sympathetic side and understand that pets are not just a "dog,cat, etc." They are our family.
The whole staff here seems to have their work ethics and heart in the right place.
Surgery went amazingly well, and communication was stellar.
Charlie's recovery has been pretty easy and needless to say Economico Animal Hospital will be Charlie's forever Vet services. Not only do they provide certain surgeries, they are a full Vet service.
If anyone is hesitant about the distance and you don't live in the surrounding area, please don't think twice about the drive. it's completely worth it.
Can't thank everyone here who made this ordeal much more manageable.

We brought Honey here on an emergency a few years ago, everyone was so nice and they took great care of her. From that point on we brought her here for all her appointments. Honey passed away last month, it was very difficult but with everyone’s kindness it hurt a little less. I highly recommend this place.

My dog, Chelsea, had knee surgery replacement on both of her hind legs at a different veterinarian in November of 2020. Unfortunately, in late December of the same year, she fell while I was taking her out to do her deeds and she broke her right hind leg. My dog was crying and shaking. I simply could not drive all the way to the initial veterinarian to take care of my dog.

I Yelped full-service veterinarians in the Los Angeles area and found Economico Animal Hospital had 5-star reviews. After reading the reviews and the stories, I decided this was the place to take Chelsea.

Dr. Hwang conducted his veterinarian assessment and was very honest about the procedures, costs and realistic expectations about Chelsea's ability to be able to utilize that hind leg at 100%. He also mentioned the possibility of amputation if the situation got worst. He was caring, honest and his bed side manners where on point. He also tried to accommodate the cost since he knew I had already spent an arm and a leg on Chelsea's prior surgery. I agreed to the treatment and Chelsea ended up getting a metal piece on her hind leg to help strengthen the broken bone area. The healing process has been long but worth it.

As of January 22, 2021, Chelsea is now able to fully walk on her four legs and she is as happy and active as before. The only difference is that when she runs, she sometimes hops. I think it's because the metal on her leg doesn't allow her to coordinate her legs as before. But I take that any day over a leg amputation or her limping. She is doing amazing. Dr. Hwang is a kind, caring miracle worker.

Please note that although they have tons of customers, they process their customers fairly quickly. All of their staff is caring, loving and honest. You will not be disappointed by their prices and specially their great quality. Can't thank them enough for their work and dedication.
