Mahmood Tazeem was an amazing sales consultant! Right off the bat he heard what we were looking for and showed us all their inventory. He was great at explaining prices and type of models which gave us an idea of the broad options we had. When we showed him what we wanted to see, he took us for a drive test. We didn’t realize they had technically closed the dealership but he reassured that we were fine because they close until the last customer which was very nice of him!! I had not being at this dealers for a while and I got say that I’m really impressed by the service I received. My advisor was Thomas, he was so kind and helpful. There was also another nice lady name Debra welcoming and helping customers. The waiting lounge is also nice.

Bought a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) 2021 Highlander L yesterday from Aaron and could not be HAPPIER. My husband did extensive research on all the CPO Highlanders in the Los Angeles area and called and got the out of door price on each of them, so when we walked onto the lot we knew barring any major surprises we were going to leave with the car we called about. We pulled onto the lot at 7:00pm and left with our new-to-us car at 9:00pm and that INCLUDED two test drives, the filling of the tank and a fresh wash for the car, not to mention all the document signing.

Everyone was friendly (I saw coworkers laughing together which is always a good sign; happy employees are happy people!). We were offered drinks, food, etc. used their fancy Lavazz coffee machine for a much needed caffeine and hot cocoa hit while we waited for the car to finish being washed.

I’d highly recommend Aaron, if every car buying experience was like ours there would be no dread about car salesmen! Called Aaron today for a couple of quick questions and loved his enthusiasm to CONTINUE helping me even though the sale is final. It felt like he really WAS happy for us which seemed unique! ♥

My rep Alyssa was great. She listened to me and took value of needs when it came to my purchase. Our finance rep also was super cool and knowledgeable. Def. Made things clear to understand and was very respectful and personable.

Samantha was amazing!. Her approach was not like any other sales car person that would hog your air to breathe while looking for the right vehicle. She was very professional, and honest. She gave me space and time to make my decision with the car I really wanted. Many options to choose from without any pressure. I think the other sales people need to watch out for her she’s a go getter and I am so great full for her hospitality. FYI stop driving a lemon and upgrade because you deserve it! go see Samantha she’s great and Rubin the finance guy with all the answers. 💜
