The greatest ever! Clayton has beautiful jewelry and the staff is kind and knowledgeable. I asked to have my ring checked for any loose settings and they totally did it quickly and efficiently. The service was great! They are very knowledgeable and transparent. I accidentally ran a necklace through the washing machine and bent it, and they were able to design a new set of earrings and a matching pendant using my existing stones and setting. I came in for some repairs on a number of rings and left with new friends. Everyone is incredibly helpful, takes the time to explain options and so honest. I have worked with a number of jewelers in the past, including at the Mart, but will highly recommend Clayton’s to everyone. They are efficient and fair priced. I have since purchased from them and have left some pieces for their consignment area.

I am a transplant who moved to LA for my girlfriend who I wanted to ask to be my fiance. I don't own any jewelry and really felt out of my element looking at engagement rings and diamonds. I had gone to see some settings at places like Brilliant Earth, and we had looked at designs on some other large, eCommerce jewelry stores. My personality is to do a lot of research before big purchases, and my research kept telling me to work with a local jeweler. I did a quick search for the best jewelers in West Hollywood, and Claydon popped up. After a quick conversation with Maggie about what I was looking for, I knew I wanted to work with her and her family. She was very knowledgeable and thoughtful through the entire process. Maggie's demeanor and personality made me trust her immediately. I would recommend them to anyone. The ring is perfect. Their customer service was perfect. Their attitude towards their customers is perfect.

My mother has a terminal illness. I wanted to be able to propose while my mom was still here, and Claydon was able to take my order and get my ring within 2 weeks. I proposed on a Friday night. The ring needed to be resized, and Claydon was able to resize it by 10am the next day which allowed us to celebrate the following day out of town. Claydon truly went above and beyond to make my fiance's dream ring a reality!

My experience at Claydon was actually perfect. This is the best jewelry store I have ever been to. Marielle helped me and was so sweet and had helpful suggestions about repairs. They always clean your jewelry and just nice down to earth people.

I am so happy with my experience with Claydon Jewelers. I brought in some pearls I inherited and was looking to redesign them into something that suited my own style. I worked with Maggie who gave me some great design ideas for a modern bracelet and restrung the pearls into a bracelet and a necklace. I also brought in an heirloom 80 year old art deco opal ring, my most cherished piece of jewelry that had lost it's lustre. They were able to polish it while keeping it in the delicate setting, now it is truly stunning. They have gorgeous pieces of jewelry in many different styles as well, I will definitely be returning!
