They have been my dog's vet for more than 8 years. They also house my dog whenever we travel. The location is always clean and the wait time is not too bad. I highly recommend this place. Give it a chance, it may look a bit rough at first but they will win you over eventually.

I've been coming to Dr. Kamal, for 6 years. He is respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. Alana, his assistant, is kind, smart, and very helpful. They make the perfect team! Thank you, Dr. Kamal and Alana, for your public service.

This this was my first the staff was superb I can tell they are very experienced with animals they love my dog chocolate when she arrived they greeted her with love and attention the doctor was so nice and kind and patient I truly like this facility chocolate definitely will be going back because I see the love and care thank you so much for taking care of chocolate

Dr really cares about my dogs. His prices are affordable and takes time to help. My dog is allergic to shots no matter what kind the Dr knows how to help my dog get thru it and cares. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My dogs were treated well Dr. & staff very helpful. One baby old age. My other one! dog came in my yard when i was at worked and killed my big baby. They took care of everything. I now have a cat getting ready to take her will let you know it goes. I think they are great so far.

Dr Kamal is an excellent, skilled, knowledgeable and professional veterinarian. He's very reasonable with service fees. I trust him very much. He treated and saved my dog from parvovirus many years ago. Since then, I don't trust my dogs with anyone else. I highly recommend Mercy animal hospital.

I’ve been bringing my pet to Dr.Kamal for many years. We moved out of state but when we visit we bring our pet for boarding. We are always welcomed with opened arms they are like family to us. They always give our pet the best quality care and love. The staff is so awesome with him and kind.

I feel I left my cat on good hands. She may have to stay for four days. I had a good feeling and was reassured that when they have furry friends stay the night, someone will be there as well. Family owned business and can t beat the price for what I am dealing with.

I was treated with love and kindness. My Boston terrier was left for regular shots and a checkup. I picked him up on time as scheduled. He was happy and I was too.

We have taken our Boxer here 3 times now. This facility is the best kept secret!
I LOVE the Dr’s, the staff and just everything about this facility!!
The first time we went in, we really thought our boy (at 10 months or so) was dying. He was so lethargic and just utterly blah. The Dr did a perch test which was negative and then gave him 3 shots. He was back to normal within hours. We were shocked!
This happened again and we just KNEW where to take him.
This visit, he broke his dew claw nail, I wanted it looked at, just in case it could get infected. They were very reassuring, gave me 3 options and we picked the best one. Whew! Without this place, we would’ve been treated ok (instead of great), and the treatments are always WAY lower priced than VCA.
I can NOT say enough great things about this place ❤❤❤❤❤ and am so thankful to the people on FB who referred us to this place!
My babies will always come here first!! ❤

I have had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Kamal. Today I didn;t get anyone on the phone, so I drove over to discover that Dr. Kamal recently suffered a stroke and is retiring and selling his business. The place is no longer open. I wish him well in a recovery.

Very well educated Dr. Very detailed, informative and understanding. Has always been great with my fur babies. An 80 lb pitbull & 100 lb rottweiler. 100% recommend to anyone.

This place was my go to for our family dog. They took care of him and always showed compassion. I lost my pet this year he was hit by a car. They took care of Jamba and were very caring and compassionate when we had to make a very difficult choice. I highly recommend this place

My poor little Grandpup Daisy, had to have surgery on her 2 front teeth.The nice folks at Mercy fixed her right up! Thank you for helping the little furbabies feel better in no time!

I come here for my fur babies. They are usually busy but always manage to get me in when I need it. Their prices are also good compared to other places.

We were wondering what happened to Dr. Kamal one Of the best veterinarians in Long Beach just to find out on a review that he suffered a stroke and is now retiring😢 we will miss him and wish him the best🙏🏽

His prices are first off reasonable. He cares about the animal. The staff are caring and loving and I couldn't really ask for anything more.

HELPED MY DOG WHICH I ADOPTED FROM SOMEONE. DOG HAS SEVERE TEETH PROBLEMS. MULTIPLE WERE REMOVED. DOG IS OLD. RECOVERED QUICK. NO ISSUES AND PRICE WAS EXCELLENT. THANK YOU. 🙏
