About a month ago, we had an almost impromptu baptism at church. A tradition we have had for many years is to give a ring to the person who is being baptized as a sign of this union. Well, “almost impromptu” put us on a position of having to get a ring ASAP. We visited several jewelry stores in the South Bay area close to home but no one, and I mean not one jewelry had any of the bands we were looking for. They offered to place an special order to be delivered after our baptism. Not good enough. Finally, we came to White Diamond Jewelry at the Galleria Mall and, voila! We found exactly what we were looking for at almost half the price from other jewelers in the area. I’m not exaggerating, almost half the price for the exact same band, same carats, same size, except this was in stock. Odette took very good care of us and they sized and engraved the band for free. Our experience was smooth and we really felt like we were appreciated. I highly recommend them and they have became my go-to jewelry. Thank you Odette!

Walked in on a Sunday to have my white gold wedding band resized. At first, Odette mentioned it would be a one hour wait. However, seeing that I was with my two young boys she helped rush it to 30 minutes. They were done before the 30 minutes. My wedding band was dipped in platinum to give it a shiny finish and it now fits perfectly! Thank you for your help, Odette! You have definitely earned a new customer.

Very Nice Store with Quality Jewelry Products of all designs. Odette is very knowledgeable of Jewelry and understanding of fitting is awesome she helped me with sizing when I was not knowing what size necklace I needed. Awesome follow up to make sure the customers are satisfied. And I went back to purchase from her store 3 weeks later. WOW WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. I came in looking for something as a Christmas gift and was blown away at the amazing customer service Odette provided. She answered any and all questions I had and gave me amazing advice on what to purchase. I was a first time customer and will now be a customer for life. The only regret I have is that every store I go to in the future won't have Odette there because the bar has been raised so high.

Wonderful place to shop. I came into White Diamond Jewelers over a year ago when my now husband and I were looking to buy our wedding rings. They were so kind and patient. I couldn’t find exactly what I wanted so they custom made my wedding ring, exactly the way I wanted. They were so quick and the prices were the most affordable out of all the jewelry stores I went to. My husband and I have now bought jewelry here multiple times and plan to continue to shops here. I can’t say enough great things about Sam and Odette.
