Mike has been the most respectful, patient and accommodating manager I have ever had to work with. He has worked with me and my late and inconsistent payments for, I believe, 5 years now. I have switched units, added additional units and consolidated down to fewer units numerous times and he always gave me plenty of time and leeway on payments. He was even patient with me when I left some stuff outside my unit that wouldn't fit and it was in the way of the landscapers spraying their Roundup. He was not happy as the property owner told him to charge me and lock me out as I was not allowed to do that, but he didn't! He gave me til the end of the day to move it out. The units have had some minor issues with leaking and mice, but that is not Mike's fault, plus he told me upfront that these are outside, garage-type units. Owners have raised rent a few times but they're still a great deal. I've been happy with my experience there!

Mike is an extremely wonderful grounds keeper (if that’s the right title) He has the up most respect and consideration for his clients. I’ve never been unhappy here. This is my second go around renting a unit here. When the time came that I neede one once again, I didn’t even think about looking anywhere, whatsoever. I came right back here because I was so pleased the first time. And mind you, I’m not the easiest to deal with. This place is Absolutly 5 star. Hands down.

Very nice units and very reasonable prices. They are very nice people who will help you get set with your unit. And there is a place to drop off your payment. I enjoyed the time I used their facility

Storage unit

We've not had good luck here. Within the first few months, our unit was flooded and shortly after that broken into. They added some security cameras, but it's uncertain if they're actually functional as units appeared to have been broken into again. Thankfully, our unit was spared this last break-in and we're choosing to relocate our belongings to a different storage facility. They have added a new pad lock to the outside gate, but given the ingenuity of thieves, it's uncertain how long this will deter motivated individuals. There's also a note posted for current renters with a current case number and contact number for law enforcement to report any new or noticed criminal activity.
