We love our custom-made bedroom set. It is everything that my husband and I wanted and more. I am a very particular person so usually I wouldn’t have done this but off good vibes only we trusted them and we gave them our ideas and boy did they deliver.

I was brought a black bed set and dresser that was painted terribly. Fingerprints, scuffs and brown wood showing through. I asked to get it re-done. The delivery man/carpenter told me he doesn't see it. Then he said I'd have to pay for a better job. I asked for a refund. He said we can keep the one 1st delivered and he will make a 2nd set. GREAT. Today on the delivery, i asked about the dresser. He said I never said that...... I clearly asked for that. I was super specific after the 1st delivery. Being careless or clueless is not an excuse. On my part i regret the purchase. Waste of effort for low quality product. After you purchase, it's careless customer service.

On the 1st delivery he also deeply scratched my floor .... he said it was there. It wasnt.. so, take photos before. He also damaged my paint, wall and floorboard. I have photos of everything.
