Sun Harbour Apartments

I remember the first time I toured Sun Harbour, it was beautiful. I loved the greenery and how well maintained it was. My apartment was huge and LOTS of closet space. Plenty of washers and dryers! I loved how quiet and peaceful it was. Jill was a great manager. She was always attentive when any issues came up. She was always friendly to me and my cats.

I lived here for a total 3.5 year!

I got majority of my deposits back!

We lived in this building 15 years ago for 5 years. Had to relocate due to personal issues. After we got these issues set, we moved back!
The staff is always on top things and they keep the areas maintained. The apartments are large and in a very convenient location logistically.
It is very much like living in a resort. You got BBQ grills available outside the apartments. The pool and jacuzzi are always nice and clean. The laundry room is always maintained. The sundeck is so beautiful and lights go on automatically at night. Fire pit is also a beautiful addition since we had moved.
The building Manager does an outstanding job taking care of everything.

I lived at the Sun Harbour apartment complex for over 3 years (August 2019 - October 2022) and felt very comfortable there. I really appreciated the beautiful trees and foliage inside. It was quiet and safe and reasonably priced. The manager, Jill, is professional and thorough - she works very hard, along with the maintenance staff, to keep the complex clean and updated. The owners have started increasing the rent (my rent was increased twice in 2022) since the pandemic, which didn’t sit well with me. The water and power gets shut off periodically for maintenance, which is frustrating. Overall, I would highly recommend this community if you want a safe, quiet apartment home located next to both a residential neighborhood (Franklin Park) and retail with a responsive manager.

Clean and quiet property. The property manager, Jill, is incredibly on top of everything and handles issues urgently. Linda is also an angel. Grateful for Jill and the community!
