CJC Off Road

Honestly, the complete experience didn’t come without some bumps. Had a complete system installed with almost every bell and whistle CJC has to offer. The quality of installation and parts are better than they describe. They come with a hefty price tag but that’s to be expected with top tier parts. I should note their installation price was very affordable. The bumps arose after the build was completed. Before driving off I noted to them that the wheel offset was not as expected. They said I could drive them for a couple of weeks and follow up with them and we would work something out if I was unhappy. Next morning after taking home the truck I called and let one of their employees know I wasn’t going to be happy with the wheels. This prompted a heated conversation that I was surprised to be havin. I asked to speak with someone else but was stopped as apparently an owner had jumped in. CJC then went above and beyond for us and corrected the wheel situation at no additional cost to us. At the end of the day they made it right.

I was shopping around for a Carli suspension and I landed on CJC for a few reason. The main reason was they are close to my location but I quickly figured out there were more valid reasons for me to give them my business. Their customer support is amazing, and the prices on their products are very competitive. They also have a knowledge staff and a well done super informative YouTube Channel. I couldn't be more happy with my decision to go with them. I will add photos when my lift is done.

I have purchased several things for my rig here. My Expedition One bumper is awesome, and I love my SwitchPros Switch Panel. CJC has great prices, ships fast, and is immediately responsive to questions or concerns.

Bought these 17 CJC Offroad Method 315s for a 2500 Ram 2001. They fit perfectly and are high quality! Shipping, packaging and responses were top notch. With 285/70/17 and stock height, these are perfect! Thanks again!!

There is no wonder why the 5 star reviews. CJC has the best customer service. In today’s market where you have so many ways to price shop and rate stores as well as shop and search globally, customer service is the difference between companies that thrive and don’t. Most companies don’t realize how important customer service is. CJC does get it. Aside from good customer service, they build and recommend the best parts for the most reliable truck. I know I can trust CJC off-road for recommendations for my truck repairs or upgrades. I won’t shop anywhere else for performance parts for my truck. All my trucks have Carli suspension and won’t put anything else on them. Keep it up CJC!

I haven’t had a single bad experience with CJC at all. Placed two different orders and have been receiving all the parts I order in a timely fashion. Their customer service has been the best I’ve ever had in this industry and they are always on top of the ball when answering questions or helping choose the proper kits.

I will definitely be ordering parts from them in the future!

Edited for photos/update: Just wanted to reiterate how awesome CJC is. I ordered the wrong steering stabilizer kit (would not work with my Synergy tie rod and drag link) and the peeps at CJC allowed me to return it even though I didn’t have the original box (it was never installed) and shipped me the one I need super fast.

CJC installed the Cali Super Duty Backcountry 2.0 and Full Travel Bags on my 2017 F350. I would highly recommend these guys. You drop off your rig in the morning and come back in the afternoon to pick it up. All the staff is knowledgeable about what springs to get and what tire rim combo will rub with their systems. My truck is no longer a rolling freight train and towing my 38' 5th wheel is much improved. Check out their YouTube channel for an in depth look about the products they offer.

I ordered Baja design lights at 4:00 PM and they were delivered the next day before 12 o’clock. CJC off-road is amazing with everything they have done so far. Jason just helped me over the phone and couldn’t be more appreciative for all he’s done.

These guys are the real deal! Brought my truck in to have a complete Carli 2.5” pin top for air ride model installed plus wheels, tires, sway bar, free spin hubs radius arms, ball joints and steering stabilizer. Was fortunate to meet Cody, Cole and Andrew at the front desk. Service was great did everything they said they would. I’ve had lifts installed before but nothing like this. These guys mark every fastener they touch with a paint pen and have great attention to detail. They have a great shop crew and the proof is in the ride. It is everything I expected and couldn’t be happier. If your on the fence this is a no brained.

Awesome company with a respectful and knowledgeable staff. I had an issue with a noise coming from a lift that they were in no way involved in. While I was on the internet looking up the manufacturer I accidentally clicked on CJC’s page and sent them a message not realizing it. They responded promptly with spot on troubleshooting and continued to assist me with everything needed to correct the issue. All this with no hesitation even though I had not been a customer or had any previous dealing with them. With that being said CJC OFF ROAD will get ALL of my buisness and referrals moving forward !

The customer service is next level. My very first order was a $20 t-shirt shipped to Canada and they treated me with the same courtesy and respect when I messaged them 6 months later to order a full suspension system for my 1500. They're awesome.

Customer service was excellent and answered all my questions to verify I got the right part. The day I placed my order, it was shipped out the same day. The front differential guard came in well packaged with all the hardware and easy instructions and torque specs. Due to COVID-19, shipping was affected but well worth the wait. Hope to upgrade to the 2.5 Pintop soon and installed by CJC Off Road.

These guys are awesome to deal with I ordered some Carly leaf springs and bump stops from them had a problem I suppose in shipping( no fault of cjc) because the bump stops never arrived. I think they were stolen or lost along the way somehow. The guys at CJC took care of me right away sent me another set overnight with very little hassle. Amazing customer service. Will 100% buy from again.

Really great people. Had a small problem with a t-shirt lol, can you believe that. Nothing that they did or had any control over. I just really wanted to advertise their website and products. Sent a simple email and they made it right with out question. I deal with hundreds of thousands of dollars a year with vendors and this was by far the best customer service I have received in a long time. Keep up the good work. They are a fantastic example of what customer service should be! You call and a human answers, you email and get a real response in minutes. I'm impatient and emailed to check on my order status just to see if I would get to install in tike for a trip and not only did they answer immediately, they also assured me I would have the product in my hands the day after they received it. Absolutely 5 star product and customer service! I ordered a PINTOP 2.5 for my F250 Tremor and I love it! This system is true to its word by improving the ride quality on and off road! Now It did take a few months to come in but I understand the current supply issues thanks to COVID. When the full system did arrive and I began the instal process and I noticed one of the steering stabilizers had unfortunately been damaged in shipping. When I reached out to CJC Off-road with the pictures they were very quick to respond and were very eager to correct the issue. Now being in the military I don’t always have the ability to respond to my personal emails when underway so imagine my joy when I came back home and my wife handed me a package. While I was gone CJC off-road had shipped me a new stabilizer and mounting bolt at no charge! This speaks to a company that cares about and stands by its customers.

I would and will recommend this product to any person who is looking to improve their daily drive quality and to those like myself who want better performances off road without sacrificing. Thank you
