I love the personal experience I receive here! The staff is attentive, friendly, and genuine! Dr. Sorenson is patient, direct, and effective. I trust her opinion, as we've tried new dentists that told me I had cavities when I didn't And she fixed some of their screw ups as well. She's replaced my silver with white fillings and pricing is very reasonable. We keep coming back and drive 4 hours to see her.

My wife has had major pain in the right side over her bottom jaw. Her teeth kept her awake with throbbing pain for months. We saw one dentist and they wanted to charge $8,000 to fix the issue. I talked to my neighbors about who they go to. So I called shannon's office. Told them what was going on. They squeezed her in within the next hour Took care of the issue and was able to calm my wife down cuz she has major anxiety in the dentist office. Extremely nice and caring. She can now sleep at night. They also charged us under $200. We will definitely be going back hands down!!!!! Amazing dentist and staff.

Have been going to Dr. Sorensen for years. My family loves her. My kids always have a great experience. Dr. S and her staff are always so friendly, and get you in and out in timely manner.

Been coming to Dr Sornsen for years. She's a conservative dentist - which means she doesn't upsell work you don't need. She's funny and direct. (So if your feeling are hurt by bluntness go find someone else.) Wouldn't give her up for anything. Worth the wait to get in to see her. There isn't a better dentist in the area!

We love love love Dr Sorensen’s office. From the front end to the back, they are WONDERFUL!!! With our first visit coming from out of State, we felt right at home. Thank you Dr Sorensen and staff from the bottom of our hearts :)

The building is very clean inside. Many interior doors made of wood and approximately 5 feet of clear glass. The door for this office is not wheelchair accessible nor automated. There is an elevator in the building.

I went to see DDS Sorensen on Thursday for a tooth extraction. I was treated poorly by the main assistant, the one with the fake tan. She treated me like a low life , would not acknowledge which tooth I said hurt and was rude to me when I pushed the subject She ended up taking xrays of the WRONG TOOTH and once Dr came into room i was so numb i couldn't talk Dr Sorensen didn't say anything to me, just stuck a needle in to numb and pulled the tooth No joke I was there a whole 30 minutes. She didn't bother with a consultation So I get home and 2 hours later when my mouth comes to life , I realize I am still having the same pain as before I went
I then looked in the mirror to realize , yep you guested it. WRONG TOOTH PULLED Omg
I immediately call office. Dr not available to talk to me, but the girl answering the phone ( only nice one i encounted) checked with asst and Dr. And they told her they pulled the one with most decay. I informed her i didn't need that one pulled, the absessted one I did So earliest she could fit me in to fix this mess 29th OMG. Friday I had to see another DDS and instacare. Pain is unbearable now and my face is swollen from my left eye to my chin with infection.

I went to her for a last min emergency cavity because my dentist was booked. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. She was VERY rude and seemed irritated. All of my cavities have the white fillings and she did silver.... 😡
