Kyler resized and re-did the enamel on a ring which I purchased over 40 years ago which I wanted to give to my daughter. Kami gave me a call that very afternoon to let me know it was ready for pickup. Quick friendly service and it looked brand new! My daughter loved her ring!!

Kyler was amazing and did quick work. I live out of town and was able to set up a Saturday appointment and he was great to work with that! He was able to fit me and get my ring resized quickly and did an amazing job. Plus he stands behind his work and that says a lot about someone. Thank you again for your amazing quality work. The folks at Custom Jewelry Gallery are amazing. The best customer service I have ever experienced! My mom wanted a replica made of a family heirloom pin and I am so glad we took it to Kyler. Kyler is awesome! We had some issues with some jewelry and had poor customer service where we bought it. So we went to custom jewelry gallery and Kyler took care of us and got the jewelry repaired and looking better than new. Kyler was absolutely incredible to work with! I brought in my ring to be resized and he had it done within 2 hours!! I brought my fiance in with me when I went to pick it up and he gave us soooo much information about mens' rings. He is very informed in his area of expertise and I could not be happier with my ring!

Had to write a review this time. This place is fantastic! from the honest and friendly owners, to his amazing and unique work, the way the store looks is very welcoming. First time I went in for customizing my own watch. I have a watch that was way to big for my wrist, he has adjusted it to my size in no time. This time I came in with a few delicate necklaces that broke and he needed to weld and put them back together. He is very professional and honest with pricing. I recommend him for any jewelry needs and also, check out his handmade jewelry! it is amazing.

The jeweler is amazing! He remembers who you are and takes good care of your jewelry. He fixed up my mom's ring at a reasonable price and even tweaked my ring free of charge. Also, you get to watch him as he works on the ring, he shows you everything he does, so you know you are getting a good deal! Now I know of a good jeweler in Cedar that I can go to for any future needs.

Really impressed with the Jeweler and the store. It's unique, very open, and you can see the jeweler at work. It's very transparent. I've never been to a jewelry store like it. He set a stone for me and did a great job. Love my ring! I'd recommend him to family and friends. Very talented.

I don't usually write reviews, but I was especially impressed with the service at the Custom Jewelry Gallery. I was able to watch as the repairs were being done and the owner was very helpful as he explained things to me. His work was immaculate. Other places ship out repairs and it takes several weeks to get back. I was in and out in one day and I felt much more comfortable being able to watch.

Today I got a family heirloom sized to fit me. It was an amazing experience to see my grandmother's engagement ring transformed with care. Sometimes you walk into place and they just do the job and it's done. Kyler took the utmost care and courtesy to make sure it was perfect and it was. I will be coming back to Custom Jewelry Gallery.

Very nice environment. I was impressed that the Jeweler there had his equipment available in a way that I could see the whole process of cleaning the ring, and fixing a loose mount on the stone, it just feels better when you can see that everything was done right, he even showed me the before and after under a microscope.
It was a little difficult to see the building from the road, but it is in the business complex just behind smiths, not hard to get to.

I got very fast individual help with my wedding ring that I hadn’t had fixed for several years. It was ready to go the next day. It feels wonderful wearing it again. My only REGRET is not having come in sooner. I couldn’t be more pleased with the costumer care and the look of my ring !!!
