Americas Best Value Inn Cedar City

We have been in room 1103 for the last 2 months and the service here is excellent from the front desk to the housekeeping crew, which is led by Sandy and his two co-workers. We just thought we should note how great the services are thank you very much

They have great rates, the rooms are decent, the breakfast isn’t much but is always out and ready when it should be. I’ll come back here again and would suggest anyone else looking for a cheap comfortable place to stay come here.

Nice, very clean and was everything we could ask of a budget motel. Comfortable king size bed, nice shower with toiletries, well lit parking close to the room. And a good waffle breakfast with juice, to boot!
The front desk staff is exceptional.

Our TV wasn't working. Tonnell went above and beyond to get a TV from another room and hook it up for us. He was the only one working and he was extremely accommodating and SO nice. I had read a couple of slightly worrisome reviews about the rooms not being clean, but that was not the case either. Also, the location is right next to the freeway and Dennys, which they said our room key gives 20% discount. Good job. 👍

5-⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (for cost)… Read entire review to understand why I’m giving this hotel 5 Stars! Okay, so obviously this is “NOT” the best hotel in Cedar City. However, as far as the price goes, you cannot find anything better. The rooms are clean, updated, and include a mini-fridge/freezer with mini-microwave too. The swimming pool was clean, but towels are not provided outside. The staff was extremely polite and professional. If you’re just staying one night or want the best hotel (for the cheapest price 💵 💵), I definitely recommend this hotel.

I was extremely worried looking at the price ($59 per night) compared to other hotels in Cedar City (ranging from $119 to $179 per night), but everywhere was full and we were only needing one night stay. I’m very picky with hotels and where my boy’s and I stay in each city as we travel around the state of Utah playing in statewide accelerated league baseball tournaments 8 months out of each year. To my surprise, this hotel was actually cleaner and more updated than some in other cities I pay $130 a night for.

I definitely recommend this hotel if you want a cheap rate and great front desk service with a small swimming pool. It actually blew my mind 🤯🤯. It definitely taught me that you can “NOT” judge a hotel by its daily room rate cost 💲per night.

This hotel provides very affordable price with clean & standard room. The hot water in the bathroom is very hot and strong. The pillows and beds are comfortable. The staff is nice and friendly. It has a washer & dryer in the hallway if you want to do laundry. It also offers free breakfast with coffee, toast, and self-made waffle. Surly a great place to spend a night on the traveling.

For needing a place to stay on a budget it was nice, clean bed, clean bathroom, polite customer service. Pool was closed but hot tub was open, room had a microwave and a mini fridge which was convenient, I'd stay there again. No breakfast, but they have 20% off with Denny's and Papa John's (which is a nice perk) if you need a lift, there is no Uber in cedar city but, I had an excellent pickup from Soul Taxi, 10$ for a ride in town. Communicated great through text and was a very nice experience.

Friendly staff, really liked the night guy that checked us in! This place really impressed my wife and I, especially considering the cost of the room was equal to or less than the cheapest motel room for the area for the night! Very clean, good location. My favorite motel in town

Great service, Kelly was so helpful in every respect. My fiancée and I are just getting settled into town and she gave me good tips regarding the city and getting moved in. I really appreciated her help. The room we got was a king and it was very clean and included a mini-fridge (this came as a pleasant surprise given the price of the room was so low). This place cannot be beat especially for the price. We really enjoyed our stay.

Room was very clean and a good size. The young man who checked me in at night around 9pm I think was soooo nice and helpful. And then breakfast was the added bonus! I will stay there again!

Ashley at the front desk was great! She greeted me with a huge smile and bright personality, nice for the tired traveler. I was shown a couple rooms to make sure my needs were taken care of. Evening/weekend staff was also accommodating. Would def stay here again.

The staff was super helpful and genuinely caring and friendly. I was I'll so they helped with getting my husband a map to Instacare and letting us get our room. It was clean and comfortable. The only negative would be. It really not a breakfast. Thank you for showing people still care about others.

Justice is the best hotel manager I have ever encountered. Shout out!!!!!!! This is a clean quiet hotel with a restaurant next door. Very nice staff. And waffles for breakfast. 5 stars

My husband and I've stayed here two or three times a year, for many years. This is a super clean, inexpensive motel. Minor breakfast facilities, but coffee and frig facilities in every room. The staff are very friendly and very competant. Location is great - just off the interstate and near many places to eat. Clothes washing facility, if needed. Very quiet and not crowded, which is great after a long day of driving.

This was a great stay compared to Vegas. People were very nice and respectful, room was clean, and price was right thank God considering I had just got robbed at the flamingo hotel while I was sleeping with my 2 kids and wife. So anyone out there consider this place it was great and safe and I didn't get robbed!!

We needed a place to stay mid week on our way down to Lake Powell. We arrived late, check in was quick and efficient. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. No breakfast is being served at this time.

Room was clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful despite our stay being last-minute on labor day weekend. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable and for an amazing price!! Super affordable.

I love the fact that they know how to take care of their guests. I stay here a lot due to me running a mobile metal polishing business. The hotel staff is amazing and the rooms are cozy.

The employees were super kind and it seems like they are good at their job because the room was spotless. The rooms are also large and the sheets were comfortable. 10/10 would recommend
