I have bought/sold 5 homes over 25 years and feel confident stating: Neal and Angela Thomas are outstanding real estate agents - from the beginning of the process to well after the closing. They are honest, dedicated, enjoyable people who are exceptional at their profession. They gave me clear, continual communication every step of the way - from the home search to after long after the closing. A year later, I still find this is highly impressive. Neal listened closely (intuitively?) to everything I said (and didn't say) when we were searching for "the house". Neal suggested a few homes not on my list - and he was right - two were exactly what I wanted. Neal's real estate and construction knowledge proved invaluable as we evaluated 20+ homes. Then, after my bank of 20 years, hemmed and hawed over my financing, Neal introduced me to a finance guy that approved my loan in about 30 minutes. As the closing progressed over the next few weeks, Neal and Angela kept in touch every 3 days - even if nothing had changed. I felt comfortably “in the loop” the entire process; this was even more important to me as I lived out of state and handling everything (except the house search) long distance. I would definitely use Neal and Angela's real estate services again, and I highly recommend them. They are an exceptional team, and very nice people.

Neal and Angela were the best people who helped my family find and purchase our very first home. I could not have asked for more. If anyone ever tells you that Neal and Angela are anything but 100% lovely and amazing then you should run! What a great team and I felt supported and respected throughout the whole process. I think they were a miracle I stumbled upon on Zillow one day to show me a house and then Neal gave me a card and he just kept showing me houses and assured me I would find the right one and I sure did! I also found a home in my budget which was important to me. Can't recommend them enough!

Neal and Angela Thomas were are realtor and they were very professional and helped us with anything we needed. Neal was available to work with us on the days we had open and drove us around all day to find the house we wanted. He was alway available to answer any questions we had and worked around our schedule. Also, being new to the area he showed us around and gave us the ins and outs of all the areas. This being our first time buying he took the time to talk us through everything and explain each step. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home!

I am writing this post in a different capacity then some of the other reviews on this site. My name is Arle Seaton and I am mortgage consultant with HomeStreet Bank in Olympia, WA. I have had the opportunity to work with Angela & Neal on many transactions and since my team has been in this business for 15+ years, we know a good agent when see one. We also know an exceptional agent when we see them and that is where we would classify Angela & Neal.

They bring a level of professionalism and area expertise to any borrower who comes in contact with them. They also have great ability to negotiate and make sure their clients are getting a fair market deal on the homes they are buying. In this market, there can be a rush to get an offer signed up, sometimes at the expense of the buyer. Angela & Neal are not here to rush a buyer into a house to get a paycheck...they are there to build a client for life. This may mean telling a buyer to slow down, step back and really make sure it is the house they want.

Angie was our realtor when we purchased our home three years ago. Our purchase was a short sale that took 9 months to go through the sellers bank who kept throwing road blocks. Angie and Neal were both very helpful in keeping our spirits up and prodding the seller's realtor and bank to keep moving on the sale. Angie and Neal went way over board on making sure we got the house of our dreams!

Last year, Dave and I were looking at homes via internet. Dave contacted Angela and Neal to view homes. We didn't have 'buying a home right away" on our mind so Neal and Angela were VERY patient with us, showing us several homes that fit our criteria. They never pushed us. When we decided to build, they were with us every step. Neal is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to criteria/codes of building a new home. If he did not know the answer to our question, he researched and got back to us with an answer. NEVER have we had such a dedicated team assist us in such a purchase. We were so pleased with them, they represented us in the sale of our former home! Thank you Neal and Angela!

When we wanted to move to Washington from out of state, we told Angela and Neal what we were looking for. They researched areas to help us find where we might like to live, then sent us links to houses that matched our needs and spent days driving us around to look when we were able to visit. Then they walked us through the buying process, helping us get the perfect home for less than we'd expected to pay. They were there for us every step of the way. But their help didn't end there. Since we didn't know any businesses in our new area, they helped us find reliable repairmen and contractors, and continued to stay in touch, making sure everything was all right with us. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

We just closed on a home yesterday with Neal and Angie, for the second time. They never cease to amaze us with their incredible care and expertise, which is why we called them again to help us buy this second home. In buying both homes over the past couple of years, they have gone above and beyond the call of duty each time. This is our 5th home purchase in our adult lives and we’ve never had realtors who have been so helpful, patient, and caring. They would spend an infinite amount of time viewing homes with us and counseling us on the ups and downs of each property. Throughout the negotiation, inspection, and closing process, their help has been invaluable. They are true advocates for their clients and have always treated us like family. Their patience is second to none. They never rush us through any part of the process and always remain fully available to answer any and all questions. If they don’t know the answer, they will make every effort to find it as soon as possible. They are very easy to contact and are fully in touch with us at all times. They truly believe in quality over quantity, unlike other realty companies. They are our realtors for life and we will always call them for our needs. We plan on selling our old house in a month or two once we get settled in our new place, and there’s no question as to who we will ask for help in that process. I only dread the day when they decide to retire, because as nomads, we like to move from house to house, and I wouldn’t want to use anyone else to help us with our nomadic lifestyle.
