Bill was incredible!!! Please read how this Guy got my house closed early!!!! I had a problem with being misinformed by a past agent and was not understanding how on earth my house was not selling. After my contract ended I randomly called Bill and he immediately picked up the phone! I explained to him my frustration with my past process and confusion. Bill made himself available to meet with me very quickly at the house. We walked through. We sat at his office as he put all the paperwork in front of me so I could see and understand everything he was saying and why it was. Bill has come back out to my house and took incredible pictures of the inside and outside of the home. He even shared his pictures of nature and has quite the talent. We re-listed my house and within a very short time had the perfect offer ❤ He explained step by step after what was to be expected and the time frame it could be expected. He informed me that some things were a wait. Well this man worked miracles because we are closing over a week early!!!! (Even though with the crazy market we had thought about the possibility of it being out 2 weeks) It was early!!! ( I know this is very rare during this current market and not always possible for everyone) He spent time on the phone explaining the signing process and how that works and the numbers of it all. He even spent time with me on the phone explaining my options on how to find what I want out of state
He did not have to do that since he’s not a out of state realtor. I am so blessed on this information to make a sound decision my future Real estate needs.
