AMC La Mirada 7

This AMC has a full bar. Small theater but never overcrowded. No big lines. Good snack selection. Reclining, heated chairs. The Mexican restaurant next door is delicious and great for a dinner & a movie night! I like this AMC a lot

I love this AMC, it’s more on the smaller and quiet side but it’s a good neighborhood movie theater. It’s located in the corner of the shopping center it’s in and is a bit hidden so keep an eye out if you’re visiting!

Favorite Place...love the seats. Can always find movies I might not get Uptown. Theaters are nice, great surround sound. They even have a 🍺🍻🍷🥂🥃🍸enjoy!

This place was amazing!! The seating is very comfortable, a lot better than AMC 20. The theater is smaller, only 7, but very cozy and welcoming. Definitely going back here again.

Very clean and professional. The screens look amazing. The theater is small and if don't like the huge movie screens this is perfect. It has everything the other theaters have just a little smaller.

Very small (8 screens), quite and clean i liked this theater seats don't recline too far but the way the screens and the seats are set up you don't need to lay back far would be a nice option just as nice as the sear warmers 🤗

My absolute favorite theater! Nice quiet area... never really crowded inside. Great snacks... full bar.. heated reclining seats... what more could you ask for!?! I love this place!!

Update 2018 - no longer 2 dollars, its 5.99 or so. Not sure bout the hot dogs-----I love that it's 2 dollars per person. The hot dogs are a dollar, although not very big. Popcorn and other stuff is regular price but candy is inexpensive, like 1 dollar. Seating is okay, could be roomier. Overall clean and worth the price. Employees are friendly and there's hardly a wait time. They have great arcade games. It's in a plaza that has all kinds of other food places to eat at and a grocery store. Beats the regular prices at the other theaters!

I love to catch a movie here every Tuesday with a showing in the 2:30 to 4:30 pm timeframe if I can, it's never crowded during this time which is important during these pandemic times. I have that A-List membership which allows me to see up to 3 movies a week. It's worth it and I'm constantly getting a $5 reward which helps to defer some of the cost for a soda and popcorn. The Puente Hills location is a little nicer but it's also more crowded as it's situated in the mall there...

Great seats with adjustable foot lifts and can lay down plus seat warmers. Employees were nice and greeted us. I watched Jurrasic world dominion great movie reccomend it :)

1st time and I loved the nice clean theaters and the friendly staff! Daniel was extra awesome! In case you want to know about the seats, they are brand new and soft and heated and feel amazing. However they do have a weird reclining feature. They don't go back too far and the feet barely rise. They're not your typical AMC seats so be prepared. Overall great experience!

AMC 7 La Mirada is one of the plushest theaters in the area. The seats are reclining and are heated as well as have built in foot rests.There is a decent number of theaters and they play the latest movies. There is also a bar which is fully stocked which I rarely see anybody use that faces the front. It;s actually a little awkward to sit there because there is a stream of people that pass behind you coming from the concession stand at times. The theater is not that large so it is rather comfortable and cozy and usually doesn't get that crowded. The menu selection is top notch including some of the best gourmet popcorn I have tasted. It's location makes it easy to go from restaurant to theater to shopping without having to drive anywhere else. This is not a discount theater so expect to pay top prices for the evening shows.

Great theater, sure the actual theater rooms are a bit small but it allows for a more intimate atmosphere, allowing movies to be enjoyed with minimal distractions.
The seating however is just okay, while the chairs are comfortable the reclining feature seems lack luster.

For the price you really can't beat this place. $2 regular price ticket and $1 on Tuesdays. It's really clean for a dollar theater. I haven't tried any of the food yet but it seems pretty reasonable considering the admission price. One of these days I'll try their $1 hotdogs. My only complaint is that the seats don't recline at all and are all facing straight forward so if you're sitting toward the front or toward the side it can get a little uncomfortable by the end of the movie. If you get there early enough though you should be able to find a good seat. Plus for the ticket price you can't really complain.

I really like and enjoy AMC theaters La Mirada, they have dolby theaters, recliner seats and the best popcorn 🍿.
Their employees are helpful, friendly and professional.
Always a great time with the family, can’t wait to go back.

For the price of the ticket (and that of their hot-dogs) this place is an excellent value. The theatre is reasonably clean, the movies are fairly current, and the seats are new and comfy. The quality of the projection is quite good, and although we have seen on occasion scratched copies and some glitches, for the most part the movie watching experience is very enjoyable.

I come to this movie theater often and the last time I went I was locked out of my vehicle. The management team there pretty much came to my rescue. The employees at the theater are so attentive and helpful every time I visit. The movies change often enough that there's constantly new ones but not so much that you don't get your second chance at seeing them. I do enjoy coming here and love that they have $1 Tuesdays!
