I've been relying on Universal Orthodontics Lab for more than a decade, and honestly, they've never let me down. Their Hawley retainers and 3D printed appliances are absolutely top-tier. The quality is consistently excellent, and you can tell they really care about what they're producing.

And Mr. Kim – he's fantastic. Always friendly, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied. It feels great to know that there's someone so dependable and nice at the helm.

I am greatly disappointed by the service provided by Universal and Western Dental regarding the fabrication and delivery of my retainer. Despite taking impressions and assuring me of timely delivery, they failed to fulfill their commitment. Their reliance on Universal for production and shipment, coupled with their inability to manage the process effectively, reflects a severe lack of professionalism. As a result, I am forced to incur additional inconvenience and expenses to rectify their failure. This level of service is unacceptable and represents a clear disregard for customer satisfaction. Immediate resolution and accountability for this egregious oversight was not present.

Their retainers never fit. We had 12 patients in a row with retainers that didn’t fit and we were willing to give them another shot but then they wanted us to send in all kinds of paperwork for a refund instead of just sending in the horrible retainers with the return authorization code they supplied for us. Their manager is very rude even though they lost a huge company. If you use them you will lose time and money!

i frequently email this place concerning retainers. and they only get back to me saying they don’t work directly with patients. i understand that, but i paid for orthodontic treatment and i expect that a lab that caters towards patients can answer the questions and concerns. and my orthodontist won’t tell me any valuable information so i thought this lab would help me out. for them, knowing about your orthodontic treatment is a crime.

Their service is awful they have to make your molds like 100 times before they get it right just a waste of time
