Ms. Linda from N.Y. held me down with my refrigerator today. Great service. Extremely attentive. She didn't pressure me. Walked away, let me shop alone, came to check on me & left but kept her eye on me to make sure I was good. My Sis for sure. All praises to the most high for Ms. Linda. Shalom.

I purchased a refrigerator and had some issues with delivery/installation. I called the store and spoke to Karla who was very accommodating and empathetic. She made sure to take care of me. The delivery guys, Joe and Art, delivered my fridge the next day and got it in just before Super Bowl weekend. Teamwork makes the dream work! I would shop here again due to the customer service I received.

Joe is the Man! He can the fridge was too big I did not take the proper measurements and I got so nervous but he said mija we got this! and he figured it out without hesitation and installed it …. He went and above and did not break anything I am so beyond grateful he was Amazing !!!!’

Kimberly is an awesome sales representative. She actually spent almost an hour searching for a piece of furniture in the back that I wanted to make sure I was able to get my entire set. Warm and friendly greeting with a smile. Ralph made sure my appliances and furniture were loaded and secure, going above and beyond his duties to make sure I was OK. When you go in here ask for Kimberly for sales and Ralph to help you load.

Ms Bambi was phenomenal! She was quick and efficient. Most importantly she was very professional and friendly. We purchased what we wanted. She also answered all the questions and was very patient with us. Thank you guys were more than pleased with our purchase. We will be coming back.

By far our favourite place to get great value new appliances. If you don't mind a scratch or dent, this is the place to go. They knock off as much as 70% on retail value, depending on the cosmetic damage. Everything is sold in perfectly working condition.
Whave been to a few American freight and every time they deliver on customer service.
We were helped by Franz and Syed, both extremely efficient and knowledgeable. Syed talked to us for quite some time to establish what was the best option for our properties and needs, he went above and beyond, kind and helpful.

Joe De Leon and Eric came to install the refrigerators today and gave me the best service. I’ve honestly ever had in delivery! They were clean, professional fast, and absolutely courteous. These guys are pros and I would highly recommend to anybody
