CONTRACTORS' WAREHOUSE

I came to contractors warehouse to find a specific, plumbing part They have the piece I was looking for. I stopped at four plumbing stores, Home, Depot, lowes, and Another hardware store looking for this piece. contractors Warehouse is the only place that had what I was looking for a test, plug, safety, seal, a pneumatic hydraulic plug for a drain so that a shower could be Hot Mop. Jesse help me out. It was a great pleasure coming to contractors warehouse. I recommend coming here for all of your construction needs.

Nataly Araiza's customer service is second to none. I called the store looking for a range hood vent cap. Nataly asked me if I could email her a picture of the exact cap I was looking for and provide a call back number to notify me whether the item was in stock or not. I received a call within 5 minutes with a photo of the cap I was looking for! I tell you what...If that isn't superior customer service, I don't know what is.

Everyone there was actually ENORMOUSLY helpful and friendly! Rick get 20 ✨ due to his personality and decorum... He was a solid young man! Forget Home Depot

Contractors' Warehouse prices and selection was definitely much better than Home Depot and Lowe's. I was looking for a vanity cabinet for a small bathroom. Not only did Contractors' Warehouse have it, they had it other colors besides the usual basic white.

I came to this location after being humiliated at the Long Beach location and having them waste 3 hours of my time. As soon as I walked into this store I asked for help and someone was already at the cabinet department before I even got there. A couple of guys assisted each other to make sure I got what I needed. I was even told to let the cashier know if I needed help to load up my items so they can call them.
Well I didn’t even need to do that the workers automatically came and assisted! Great customer service! This store needs to train the workers at your Long Beach location who represent your company very negatively!

I don’t care if I have to drive the extra miles to get this service! It’s a million times better then going to the Long Beach store where nobody knew anything. Perhaps it would be a good idea if that store trains all employees in every department!

This place is designed more for contractors than the general public. They have very competitive prices, basically always beating the other big box stores such as Lowe's and Home Depot. They don't have a huge selection but they have the popular stuff, you can get what you need and it'll look great. The main reason people seem to dislike this store is the lack of displays. You don't get much in the form of displays. What I like to do is shop at the stores that do have fancy displays, find what I want, then go here and save a lot of money.

Good customer service by the gentlemen to locate, and help load your items.. Cashiers, "Girls" in the front were very nice and good looking. Good customer service and no hassel returns.
