Originally my fiance and I dropped In for an estimate on parts for a black pipe closet project she wants to do. found the customer service guy Joseph very helpful and fun to chat with. He made out visit very much worth while, offering different options that saved us money. His temperament was easy going and patient with all of our questions, in the end we saved 20% on the whole purchase, compared to home depot's listed price for the same parts, which was surprising.
I plan on returning to JC Plumbing for all my future home improvement purchases, and I do plan to ask for Joseph again.

They provide great customer service. I remodeled 3 bathrooms, purchased all plumbing supplies from JC Plumbing. Cole and Ryan helped me during the last 7 months, they are very professional, very helpful. Thank you Ryan/Cole and all the others.

I called 8 stores looking for 3/4 soft copper roll by the foot. Either nobody had it or would not be willing to sell it by the foot. Finally I was referred to JC plumbing even from the phone call I was pleased by how friendly they were they were able to confirm they had what I needed and when I arrived it was truly there. This store is very family driven which you can see by all the pictures around the store. The staff were all extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They were happy to help you figure out the problem and offer advice. They have a vast selection of high end fixtures as well as parts for high end fixtures such as phylrich. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing the staff was. To the point where even my mom commented that it didn’t feel like we were at a plumbing store it felt like we were at Louis Vuitton. Although they’re not very close to where I live I will happily make the drive in the future for my plumbing needs. Thank you JC Plumbing for your amazing customer service.

Landlord changed my kitchen sink with some Chinese brand. Wouldn’t be a problem but I have a fish tank.

The threads on this brand were so compressed it would be impossible with any adaptor.

Regardless, Cole GAVE me some adaptors for my bathroom sink that might work.

Bottom line: these people are professionals with expertise but service and helping their community comes before profits.

I was turned on to JC Plumbing approx 30 yrs ago by Miracle Appliance when they could not supply parts I needed. JCstaff (especially the brothers) have the professionalism, integrity and knowledge that ensures a homeowner receives the quality service one looks for. I have purchased two bathroom suites (commodes, sinks, faucets as well as replacement parts) over the yrs w\o once being told "sorry, we do not have the parts you are looking for". What a great store and team.

Really great customer service. Looking for a specific air gap in matte black and they were the only one in stock. Will definitely be a repeat customer now that I have discovered them!

JC Plumbing is the best! I've been going there for the past 15 years and they always have the best service and selection. Recently I returned a leaky Santec handheld shower hose that was 2 years old and they immediately gave me a replacement. Now that's service!

I spent weeks trying to find the proper fixture for our stand alone tub. I didn't know about JC plumbing until our new plumber told us about it. I walked in and had the fixture I needed in less than 5 minutes.

The staff is kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Which is so refreshing because I have been to many plumbing supply companies in this area only to be ignored. I'm sure you know where!

I called JC Plumbing today from Texas to obtain PVC supplies that are currently unavailable in Texas due to a massive storm. My family has been without water for 7 days. Scott had all the supplies in stock and is sending them overnight via FedEx at no charge! He simply did this to help out a fellow American that lives half way across the country. We worked with Joe to find an odd part for a toilet. Our whole ticket is going to be around $25. Joe gave us the same service as if we were spending thousands. Excellent service!

Always super helpful with piece parts required for fixture repairs. As for the purchase of new fixtures, their inventory is certainly more high-end than what you will see at the home improvement stores.

Looking for a 20year old plumbing part for a bathroom sink I called the manufacturer and was told the part was no longer used but to take the broken part to one of their distribution sites and maybe they could jury rig something that would work. I did and they didn't come close but they referred me to JC. I took the broken part there and a young man employee walked to the part shelves and within 30 seconds I had my new part. They made me a customer for life.

Top Notch service. Diagnosed the issues and solved them quickly! Steve helped me and he was absolutely awesome!
