Paul's Car Wash & Lube Center

Just came back from Paul’s Car Wash. I’ve gone here for a while now and I’ve always liked the work they do and I’ve never had a problem until today. Once I got home I noticed a bad scratch on my drivers handle that I know for a fact happened when they were washing my car. I’m not a person who likes to complain but I do take good care of my things and my car is only a year old. I called up Paul’s and told the manager that I’m bringing my car back so he can look at it and that I needed to eventually talk with the owner about making a claim. When I arrived I was greeted by one of the detailers and he assured me that he would be able to buff it out and that everything would be fine. I gave him the chance to make it right and he did which is why I’m giving them a 5 star review. Once he buffed it out he re-washed my car and everything was good. I was ready to be done with this car wash but since they were able to fix the scratch re wash the car I’ll continue giving them my business.

I was taking my classic roadster for a weekend drive and I discovered I stained my paint with some super glue after fixing the car cover a week prior. I was in a hurry but I should have checked. Paul's Car Wash was recommended to me by my neighbor and Benny helped me remove the stained glue even if it's not part of their menu. I will definitely come back for their service. Thank you Benny!

I have been coming here off and on for years and each time I’ve always received excellent customer service. I love that they have rewards cards for a free car wash and have upgraded to a system where you can enter your # so you can keep up with your car washes instead of having to remember to bring your card. They also send texts periodically to keep you informed of their specials. Just a really awesome establishment. ❤

These amazing people turned my kid germ infested SUV 🤣🤣🤣 into what looks BRAND NEW!!! I felt bad for all that they had to do but man O man, they really hooked our SUV up! We will be coming back again and again!!!!!!!!!!

Been coming for a few years now and always have great experiences here, especially for the prices. Not sure what the previous commentor meant about the white guy with facial hair being rude. He has always been very friendly to me.

I really enjoy bringing my cars here..The technician is very professional and is very smart.. great service and reasonable prices..everyone is friendly I definitely recommend the service and wash combo!

Love this place. Dan and his Crew always take care of me real good. I bring all 4 of my cars here all the time including my Supra.

For COVID season, they wear their masks and have hand sanitizers available at the counter.

This place is great! Super good for car washes and they do oil changes too. Friendly staff and professional work.

One of my favorite car wash places in the La Palma/Cypress area for a full detail. They take their time and do a very good job. The cost is also fair considering the job that they do.

We take our car and truck and our daughters cars to Dan. From the great car washes, oil, brakes and many engine repairs. From our house we give him the highest recommendation. Thanks Dan and crew!! See you soon!

I've been taking my car here for about a year now and Paul's has to be hands down the best carwash i have ever been to. The works are fast and efficient and always have a smile on their face. I never have to worry about double checking my car to see if they did their job right like when ive gone to other places around the area. If your looking for an amazing wash or oil change Pauls is definitly the place to go.

Reasonable prices for good work. I also forgot my earphones and when I went back the next day looking for them, they had kept them to be returned. Which was very nice.
