You've all heard people ask.Would you buy a used car from this guy?Me thinks not.He sold me a convertible with the expressed promise that the top which was not working would be fixed if I bought the car.He made some type of temporary fix to get me out the door and the top never worked.He blew me off and never made good.The repair cost was considerable.I sued him in small claims court and won two judgements.The court said I had been defrauded and rejected his defense that I purchased the car as is.He has refused to pay the judgement and evaded all efforts to collect.This dealer is dishonest and would probably say or promise anything to make a sale.Let the buyer beware and be warned.
