So first off, if I could give this company more then five stars I would! I came across brigade auto repair by accident. I had just bought a used car and was just driving past when someone behind me flagged me down to tell me that my back tire was smoking. By pure accident/miracle I pulled in right across from brigade. They started running over almost immediately to make sure everything was okay. From that moment on they did everything to make sure I was taken care of and safe. I was panicked and freaked out and I had all four of my children with me. They checked out my car ( free of charge) and we’re VERY informative. They didn’t just tell me what was wrong with my car, they showed me and explained it in a way that I could understand. They helped me call the dealership I bought the car from and helped me deal with that mess. They fixed my car and also did a thorough check on every part. They where just over all amazing! I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about my experience with them. They have gained a costumer for life, and I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you brigade auto for everything you did for me and my family.

Cheryl is great and very personable. I had two turbos replaced and am happy with the outcome. My truck took a little longer to fix due to some unforeseen complications and Cheryl loaned need the company keep to use until the repair was completed. I will continue to go to brigade auto and diesel to keep my truck in great running condition.

Have had a wonderful experience here. Truck broke down and had to be towed to the location. They did everything possible to accommodate me even with a full lot that was scheduled out for the next 3 weeks. I experienced customer service here on a level I’ve never experienced in the past with other shops. I will be a repeat customer and happily drive past the 6 shops closer to me to return here.

Brigade Auto & Diesel Repair is a great shop with a knowledgeable, trustworthy staff, fair pricing and great service. Their excellent reputation is well deserved. Whether my car needs merely an oil change or major work, I know it's in expert hands.

Came in having some brake and tire issues, they handled it professionally and quickly. Answered all questions I had and treated me well. Definitely a favorite for local shops. Highly recommend and make sure to speak to tom. All other employees are good as well.

I really like the awesome service as I get my oil changed on my 2018 GMC Denali. I make an appointment and as I sit down my truck is less than 5 min getting into the car bay for my oil change. It's a full service mechanics garage Cheryl is at the front desk to welcome you as I leave my keys and take a seat. All done in less than half an hour. Not like big Dealership oil changes which I waited longer times over an hour with an appointment. Im happy with Brigade Auto located in the town of Roy so will you.

Over the top customer service. Really can't say enough about Brigade. They stepped up and fixed all my mechanical issues, they literally did all the leg work and work with me on payments.
