One weekend we made a last minute, unplanned trip to check out Cedar City. We saw a house that Donna had listed and we called her on a Saturday morning at 9 am. She was happy to show us the house even though it had just gone into escrow.
Donna met us at the property within an hour. Since this home was no longer available, she offered to show us other options in Cedar City. She ended up spending several hours with us that day showing us different homes, lots, etc., and answering so many questions about the area. Donna is from the area and is very knowledgeable. She has introduced us to great local people, and together they all made the buying process very smooth.

Donna was amazing to work with. I was a first time home buyer and had no idea where to begin, I just walked into the model home one day got her contact info and emailed her and she was so quick to respond and got an appointment set up. When we met she could tell that I didn't even know where to begin, she laid out the process and then I got going. She responded to every email I sent in a timely manner and answered every question I had and I had a lot :) She always answered my phone calls and text messages and she kept in contact with me about what was going on. I never felt like I was a burden to her and if she didn't know the answer to what I was asking she would find out and get back to me. She wanted to make sure the process when smooth and that I was happy with my home.
