Body Etc European Spa

I really do not normally go to hotel spas; but, my back directed me otherwise. I was amazed at Kim's massage. She has an incredible talent to find tight spots and work on them just right. I have NEVER had a therapist work on me the way she did. She knows the correct pressure to be placed the right spots even if it takes all of her weight to work her magic. Ya, it was higher priced than other spas; but, I would go back tomorrow!

I was in Redondo Beach recently and needed deep tissue massage on my back. Sarah promised that she could take care of it. She really overdelivered. She is pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and sincere. I will always schedule an appointment with her when I am in town. Thank you Sarah. It was such a pleasure to meet you.

I had been many massage shop here and there but never found the right one. But here!! I found the perfect one. Lisa was incredible! She knows what to do! I can tell she was totally into her job. And I love the interior. I took some snapshot. So beautiful Baroque Style~!

I just had an excellent massage here! I was staying at the next door hotel so I decided to just stop by to see if they had any last minute openings. They did and it was a great massage! Very professional staff and a small but very pleasant spa. Will definitely be back in my next trip!

In Redondo for business, with a neck and back issues typical of my occupation. As a Massage Envy member I get a massage every month, but with the convenience of Body ETC I couldn't resist. Walk in appointment with Sarah was way above my expectations. Fantastic use of the 50mins and expertly addressed my concerns to include touch ups to the rest of my body. If you are in town staying at the Crown Plaza and need some work hit up Sarah at Body ETC.

Just got a signature massage from Kim. I was having terrible back and hip trouble and I feel completely relaxed and better now. I am going to come back for a couples massage with my BF soon!

this place is in inside a hotel. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff is very professional. The location is near the hotel spa and pool side so you can access those amenities after you take one of their services. I would call ahead ahead of time to make sure to have an opening.

THAT IS THE BEST PLACE WHICH I HAD SWEDISH AND THAI COMBINATION MASSAGE FROM MASSEUSE.SHE KNOWS WHAT TO DO AND SHE EASILY FINDING MY KNOTS AND PAINFUL AREAS.I AM GIVING TO HER 5 STARS FOR HER WONDERFUL WORK.
BESIDE OF THEIR MASSAGE SERVICE I USED SAUNA AND SWIMMING POOL FOR FREE.I HAD AN AMAZING TIME AT THIS SPA AND HOTEL.WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK

The spa was wonderful Sara has magic hands and the fasical and wax by Monica was wonderful I felt like a new person walking out of there can't wait for my next visit. Worth every penny

I've had better massages for less. The woman who worked on me talked the entire time and kept asking me questions, it was not relaxing at all. She barely poked me most of the time, so the best part of it was the hot stone massage - I chose the signature massage option. Afterwards I got a European facial, and this was absolutely the most enjoyable part of the experience. The facial was fantastic.

Went in for a couples massage.. way over priced for the skill level. They gave us a 50 min massage in a very small room. The lady who gave me a massage seemed to have no clue as to what she was doing, we did not get everything that was included in the 180 package... it was also very strange that as we were picking the package out one of them kept on asking if i was sure i didn't want a separate massage from my girlfriend. At the end of it all we came out with sore backs, when it came time to pay the women ask me to leave a tip i said no and she became highly upset. Not coming back here again.
