This place changed my life forever it’s been 3 months since I’ve started going to this place and gratefully i have met a lot of amazing people that’s a mark for life and let me tell you it does give you results if you commit to it thanks specially to Toni Mancilla who’s the personal trainer ... and Eli’s workouts are Superb as well

Working out in this place is so much fun . Instructors have so much energy and good vibes . Membership and daily fees are super affordable. Parking is never a problem and all staff are amazing .

Great Afro Zumba class. Great Cardio instructor is very encouraging and spiritually uplifting for women.
