Best Western Plus Gardena Inn & Suites

Overall a great hotel for good value for money. Spent 4 nights there in May 2024. First two nights in a queen room facing the road. The room had some traffic noise. Other nights in a king room facing the pool. The king room was much nicer and larger compared to the queen room. There was no traffic noise either. The hotel was only about 20 minutes from LAX so it was very convenient. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a good range of items. Gym was small but adequate. It had a couple of bikes, a couple of cross trainers, weights and some other equipment. Car park was free and fairly large. Outdoor pool was small (didn't use it). There are a couple of fast food restaurants almost next to the hotel.

Breakfast room was very nice (picture included). It is definitely a very nice hotel. The manager, Jack, was very kind. The whole place looked completely new and everything was very clean.

I was her to meet a client that was between buying and selling their home. I was here twice to meet with them, I was impressed with the rooms. Roomy, nice furniture and a table. It was a decent size table, for the documents being signed. The parking lot was nice, and well maintained, plenty of parking. Only one entrance off of Western, sides were locked. I imagine for security reasons. I came from the North side street so I had to make a left on Western to get to the open entrance. The clients I met were happy with the place, I was offered coffee or tea, it's available in the lobby. If I was in need to stay somewhere, these would definitely be an option I'd consider.

I think it’s remodeled because it was super nice and clean it even smelled like new, the rooms have doorbells which my kids were excited about lol they had a lot of breakfast varieties and it was till 10am which is great because most best western only serve till 9am, loved my stay and the hotel I’m also very picky so yes it was great.

I went there for a weekend. For a 3-star hotel it exceeds expectations. Loved their shuttle services from and to the airport. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Likely the cleanest and quietest hotel around. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms. Very little noise. Central to freeway access. Covered secure parking. Very secure building. You have a better chance of breaking into Fort Knox than this hotel.

The room is very big and clean. The bathroom is nice too. They have a safe in the room, decent size fridge and microwave. They supply coffee and tea all day down by the desk. A full breakfast with a oatmeal bar, breakfast sandwiches, waffle bar and hot food available for breakfast.bsuch friendly staff. They have doorbells on the room doors with these super cool lights that show not to interrupt or that you want room service. You park underground in a gated area and need a room card to go up in the elevator. I recommend this place

Large spacious and clean rooms, with two seater Sofa and two desks. Good hot breakfast options in the morning from 7am. Optional food and breakfast room service. Except for the early morning traffic noise can't complain . If reception staff could smile that would be nice.

The staff was very friendly. Check-in was fast and easy. I liked the security feature of having to use your key in order to go up to the rooms in the elevator. I had a jacuzzi suite, which was exactly like the pictures online.

Ended up here during Rugby 7s weekend and it was a great last minute find! The customer service was excellent. I had my family plus one extra cousin staying with me and all of us brought our own cars so I was grateful to the front desk for being so patient and making sure they were aware of all our cars. Room was nice and spacious and beds were comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

The food is delicious. I Love the turkey rather than pork option for breakfast. The rooms are nice and comfortable and the hotel is very well maintained and very clean. I will stay there every time I am in town.

Nothing bad to say about this place, it is what it says on the tin, decent rooms , pool, gym, breakfast, parking , I'm happy here . I would say the place needs to modernized, but all in its a good hotel

For a 3-star hotel it exceeds expectations. Arrived late Had Edward at check in go Above and Beyond for me and my family we cannot thank him enough.

Very good hotel for the price. We stayed here for 3 nights with a child. Espcially the 2nd floor room are perfect because the laundry, breakfast room and gym room are located on the floor which is very convinient. The location is very Safe and the free parking is perfect. You are very fast at the airport and there are several Restaurants, Cafés supermarkets nearby. Rooms are spacious and clean. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent service, terrific security, cameras in parking lot, key needed to access your floor on the elevator, very clean room with a modern feeling, super quiet location, nice little pool and gym, and breakfast. Best one among all hotels in the area, we will come back to this one for our next trip to California. Five star staff, very nice, we check in late and we were treated like family by the front desk. Also got a flat tire the next day and Peter, the manager, was very helpful, he not only asked if we needed help but he came with his jack and helped us with the tire, he got on the floor and didn’t mind to get his hand on it, we appreciate it so much, we were late for the airport and our rental car company, road assistance service, showed up super late when Peter was already done changing the tire.

Affordable and clean hotel. We came to LA on a whim and were able to stay here, the rooms were very clean and good service. I loved that they have strict no smoking policy. Area isn't too bad and parking was secure and free. Got pastries and juice in the morning from continental breakfast. Would recommend!

We were able to get a beautiful jacuzzi suite here and it was so nice. Everything was immaculate and smelled nice. Bed was super comfy and the ac worked great, exp for it being a little loud. We got there a little late but the front desk clerk was very nice and welcoming. The area is not the best so I wouldn't recommend walking around at night, but they also have a semi-gated parking garage which was nice. Definitely would stay here again!

Sorry this review is long but it is a helpful review and hopefully will answer a lot of questions. I will book this hotel again for sure. While looking for a hotel for our family vacation my husband wanted a Double Tree or Hilton but honestly this being a 3 star hotel, with a Google rating of 4.5 stars, I think I got a better deal here at this Best Western. Especially compared to $400 a night. Nah we got a way better deal and way better bang for our buck here at the Best Western. The rooms were clean and at the price I booked I thought I was just getting 2 beds and a desk, but I actually got a loveseat, and 3 chairs not counting the chair that was with the desk. Lamps so I didn't have to have to have the room super bright. I was able to also have it nice and dim. Great AC. We booked for 3 nights. Room service came everyday even though all we needed was the trash taken out and fresh towels everyday. I worked at a Hilton was I was younger and we didn't even ask guest if they needed fresh towels until the 3rd or 4th day. Free parking, we even had 2 cars. 24 hour coffee and tea in the lobby. No coffee maker in the rooms though. I felt that was ok, because going out of my room to the lobby gets me a couple of steps in. Have to have your key car for even the elevator to work, which I honestly appreciate the extra security. Some may not like that but I don't blame hotels having to go through extra measures because of misuse of rooms and reasons for booking. A wide variety of breakfast options from yogurt and oatmeal to eggs, burritos, pastries, bagels, cereals, waffles, fresh fruit. It was even better then the Hilton I used to work at, and that was a new Hotel when I worked there, had only been open 1 year. Very kid friendly hotel, the breakfast room has beautiful decor and ample seating for families. Me, my husband and 3 kids, (ages 13, 10, 2), very much enjoyed this hotel and seen other families having a good time too.
