We Had some leaking I didn't think was serious, but it progressively got worse, I went to the yellow pages and saw they gave a senior discount and a free estimate and same day service. Luis came out and advised what should be repaired and quoted a reasonable price. He started immediately, left no mess! Offered to do a free estimate for our other plumbing needs, but I had to decline do to scheduling! Luis was professional, friendly and knowledgeable! I highly recommend them ask for Luis

Gilbert was very professional and informative and he broke things down to be easily understood and made sure it was understood and that everybody was on the same page, that is great for Gilbert, the customer experience and the company itself. Highly recommended and I will be doing repeat business with them if the need arises for sure. Keep it up! Hard to find this sort of great overall service.

Gilbert was on time, polite and knowledgeable. He spent time reviewing the pipes, testing and inspecting the issue. Provided few options and estimates before leaving the premise. Satisfied with his professional approach.

This is an awesome company! Their technician Albert went the extra mile today to make sure the job with my HVAC system got done, and got done RIGHT! He even stayed late to make sure it was done well the same day without cutting corners on quality or craftsmanship of his work. I would always highly recommend this company. A+++

Juan came out today to flush my water heater. He noticed that the gate valve above my heater was old and rusty and even though it doesn't need to be replaced right now he did recommend I consider changing it in the future and provided me with a quote to do so. He was very knowledgeable and did the water heater flush very quickly. I would look forward to having him work on my home in the future!

Luis Ramirez is very professional and knowledgeable. He came and ask what the problem is, made observations and diagnose the problem. He made sure everything is working fine. Checked all the plumbing and exhaust fan and the vent pipe in the roof. Thank you Luis.

I contacted Power Pro in the morning, and got the eval within 12 hours. the house re-pipe project will be started next week.

Rickey was very informative and willing to explain exactly what's going on. He came over to my house and found the problem that other plumbers couldn't find.

Then I specifically requested him for a leak at a property I manage and he got everything diagnosed, then done quickly and efficiently.

We had some banging noises in our water heater and so we decided to have it replaced. Ozzy came out and got the job done. He is very polite and professional. He even showed us all the gunk and sediment that was in our old water heater. That was an eye opener.

My son's and I had a great experience with Luis. He was kind, helpful, and made us feel comfortable. He came to maintenance our A/C and ensured it's functioning well for summer. My eldest also wanted to make sure I stated Luis was professional and went above and beyond, thank you Mr. Aguilar.

I was able to schedule a repairman very quickly. Luis Aguilar arrived ahead of time, introduced himself and quickly began diagnosing my uncle's furnace issue. It turned out to be a relatively quick and minor repair. The point is that Luis was efficient and honest. The diagnostic fee was well worth the piece of mind.

I couldn't ask for a better experience from beginning to end. The office was very responsive in contacting me back for an instillation appointment and keeping me up-to-date on it. And Jovanie Flores did an excellent job installing my disposal. He is very personable and left the work area perfectly cleaned up. Thank you!

Company gave me a reminder for my appt a few days ahead as well as 15 min prior to the tech arriving. Emiliano was professional, respectful, great communicator, and truly helpful towards my family’s needs. He replaced our old toilet with a new one we bought from Home Depot. Explained things to us that we didn’t know about and gave suggestions on how to easily fix them. Highly recommend!

Nico Ettinger came over to fix the heating unit under my house. He did a great job diagnosing the problem and fixing it with the proper hardware and ability. But more than that, he showed great respect and has a cheerful attitude! I'll ask for him next time l need your company's help!

My service technician Albert was very professional. He was thorough and explained (in detail) what needed to be fixed and why. The reason I will continue to use Power Pro is because of Albert. There are very few Albert’s in the work force.
