LA Crystal Hotel-Los Angeles-Long Beach Area

Spent a night here and didn’t have a problem with the room. It was clean, spacious and well equipped. The bed was comfy and had no complaints.

We had breakfast too, there was a fair bit of choice so you won’t go hungry as there is something for everyone.

The only thing I wasn’t impressed with was the car parks, because this is a casino too the spaces are full with the punters so after driving round a couple times we ended up parking underneath. Other than that no problems at all.

We stayed only for 1 night but l have to say that we are very pleased and enjoyed it. The location of the hotel is very good ( close by there is a mall) and they have plenty of parking space for free. The rooms are very spacious and clean. It is an old hotel but very well kept so you don't feel it. Absolutely satisfied with everything except the breakfast. It is not what we expected...Plastic cutlery and plates..not a big variety to choose from food...very poor quality. Even the coffee wasn't good. I believe they should really do something about that. It is a nice hotel with good prices. I suggest it to those who don't want to pay much but still have a good quality.

I stayed here for 3 night, everything was easy and effortless! it’s gorgeous hotel, everything was clean. could not open door leading to patio on the second floor.

Nice hotel, reasonable price, great service, clean rooms, seafood restaurant is clean and have very nice food, awesome! they provide me with my truck parking, so I always come here whenever am around LA.

I didn't have much in the way of expectations for my stay and I must say that I was surprised by the hotel overall. The rooms were nice and the staff were awesome. I also really liked the on-site restaurant which had some outstanding lunch specials. All things considered, I'd say this is a great value hotel.

Should be one of the best hotel with that price range. 2 mins walk to a plaza with lots of food choice.

Excellent customer service and a responsive professionals. I called and messaged them multiple times before I travel and they were very accommodative. I had to cancel my trip due to hurricane Hillary and they made sure to cancel everything and refunded. Thanks for understanding my situation. I greatly appreciate it. I will definite stay here next time when I’m in LA.

We read a lot of reviews before coming here. Many were saying bad things and others were saying good things. We took a chance and were not disappointed. This hotel is very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the room we stayed in was nice. No bad/weird smells or stains. It looked clean and in great condition. It was very quiet too. However the day we stayed there were not many guests, something to do with the time of year I guess.

We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location and service. A 20-minute drive from LAX with free garage parking. Rooms are clean and decent. TV and gym could be updated. I used the 24-hour gym within walking distance with a 3-day guest pass. Price is right and staff are courteous.

The best stay I had in the USA. They offer free parking, free water bottles, kettle to boil water in room if needed, and above all free breakfast. The staff at the reception are really friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The only negative point is their wifi. It didn’t work at all during our stay. However, the rest of their services are exceptional compared to other hotela I stayed at in the USA.

Traveling for our family vacation we found this spot online. Great central location, located next to food and shopping. Super close to beach which was a huge plus. Staff was super friendly and even gave us an upgraded sweet for our 3 night stay! Rooms were super clean, 2 king sized beds, huge window with a nice view! Overall it was a great stay, We will definitely stay again!

Great price for the room. I really enjoyed the quiet, inviting atmosphere of the hotel. The building is older, so you'll see some dated wear. The room has a mini fridge and all the necessities you will need for your stay. The only thing a bit strange was the community microwave in the hall (not in room). I checked out the casino while I was here on my last night- very nice small casino with only table games. Since I was here for work, it was extremely nice to have a shopping center within walking distance. Based off of the other hotels in this area, you will not be disappointed with the price and accomodations! Will likely come back when I'm not working for a true stay.

We pass this establishment ALL the time on the 91 freeway. Stopping in for a business mixer was exciting to visit. Living in the South Bay, we grew up around casinos, we only ventured in for the food, which is very good. The casino was bustling and the restaurant portion was just as busy. The food was great and the servers friendly. I will make it a meet up spot for future reference.

Want an outstanding & very clean lodging at great cost a surprise awaits you at the beautiful LA Crystal Hotel....nice experience & close to the cruise port. If you enjoys table games they have them not to mention great food.

Amazing stay! Stayed here with friends a while ago and had the greatest experience! Very affordable and all the staff are super sweet, professional. Amazing breakfast, best waffles! And loved the jacuzzi and pool. Would come black especially knowing they did some upgrades

Super friendly staff, especially Mike and couple of other security guards. Location is very convenient, very close to metro station which can take you long beach and down town (if you are not planning to drive). Close to super market (Target, Best buy and load more).
Will come and stay here any time I travel to LA in future.

Nice and Pretty cool for a smaller casino and affordable too. They even have $5 black jack tables and good drink specials way better then the commen local Indian casinos with the minimum $25 tables and expensive drinks. This place has good friendly service and a good selection of drinks. I'll be back again. Thank you
