Lucky's Laundry

Found this location in Long Beach while visiting. Laundry was piling up, so I decided to make a quick stop. There are plenty of machines, and they are all operational. The staff are super nice and helpful. They also have a massage chair 💺 that does a great job of putting you in a relaxed state of mind. Overall, it was a very positive experience. I will definitely be back in the near future..

Beware, this establishment will take your money and the Owner constantly Gaslights patrons, blaming them for her faulty machinery. What was the point of updating your "Hot Water System" and increasing your prices, if the washing machines don't use the Hot Water?? Absolute thievery.

The attendant on duty at 9:30am , today is not conscientious of the patrons; nor, was she aware of what was happening at this facility. I had to run a transient out of the laundromat who was about to be doing something vulgar. She was on her phone from the time I arrived and until I left. She needs to be reprimanded or fired. I am happy that a child did not witness what I saw. GET RID OF HER IMMEDIATELY 🥵

Can't get quarters without answering a million questions from the attendant. And even then they will only give you quarters to wash and when you want to dry you have to ask again for quarters.

The lady who works here was not helpful I asked for a card and she looked at me and walked away and she is very rude not knowing I know spanish and discriminating on me

Dirty and not kept up.
