This place has a great old school feel with mom and pop service. It is way above the experience you get at a corporate storage place like Public Storage. The staff frankly just treats you like a human being. Pricing is fair and you don't feel like you're trying to be up sold a bunch of junk.

Very clean storage and fantastic customer service with personality and class.

I have had multiple units with other companies but nobody compares to this place. Clean bathroom, attentive staff, super cool old building that gets great outdoor lighting through the windows on most days! I've used their moving truck at no extra cost, that was so helpful. Came back here after a few years with other units and they beat my last locations price. Woo hoo!

Store-N-Save is definitely the first storage space I would recommend to anyone. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful and the space is extremely clean with ample inside parking and equipment. Spaces vary in size and are all competitively priced.

The Owner & First Mate were polite, professional, helpful & thorough signing me up, explaining the T's & C's of the rental agreement. Prices seemed reasonable compared to others in the area. I rented a unit for a month & just learned I may need to secure storage space again - they are the ones I'll go to first.

Perfect service, and location in downtown Long Beach. Very secure building. I pay $189 per month for a storage unit the size of a half bathroom. Its probably expensive but the staff is very responsive and reliable, and I needed storage in a pinch for time in the covid era. I'll empty my unit before the 30th of the month, once they check and confirm that the unit is empty, my lease ends :) thank you Store N Save

Great storage facility with many size options. Very safe & secure. The office staff is so helpful!!! I highly recommend for all the above reasons but also because it's all indoor & you can drive up to the floor level of your unit. They also rent out their easy to drive moving truck!

This place is great! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Any time I have a question they answer them for me. Trust me when I say, I have a lot of questions regularly, haha.

They have a lot of packing supplies, which I feel is a fair price. I'm frequently buying boxes and bubble wrap from them.

They operate from 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday. 8:30am to 5:00pm Saturday and 9:00am to 3:00pm Sunday. I see this as a benefit. Outside of those hours the storage facility is locked, adding security to what I have locked in my personal unit.

They have security cameras throughout the facility and you're required to sign in and out when you're there (again, added security).

In addition, I feel the overall unit I pay for is priced reasonably. I pay on a month to month bases on auto-pay.

I will say, the only downside, for me, is that they don't take Discover or American Express, but cash is king and my wife has Visa and MasterCards we can use, as well.

I've stored at U-haul before and this place is a breath of fresh air comparatively. Overall, they really care about your experience and I'm really happy with mine here.

Great storage place downtown. Very convenient, clean and the staff are super helpful. James is always such a pleasure to deal with, extremely friendly, professional and accommodating. Priced very competitively also. Highly recommend.

Fair rates, convenient location, and exceptional on-site service

I've had multiple storage units for at least 20 years at Store-N-Save. The staff headed by James and supported by Jim and Mark has always been professional, courteous, and accommodating. I have witnessed them giving equally good service to all customers.

I give it 5 stars because My stuff was safe at the time I had too move in my teens too another city and was giving a trusted friend money too pay for my storage wich he dint I ended up loising all my grandmother's albums this was in 2003 do they have a storage in wich they keep pictures in its a long shot but I have no pictures and I hate myself for not being more attentive

Great place near downtown Long Beach. Safe facility with clean storage units. James was a very professional employee who always went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and he would answer any questions that would arise.

Great storage place in DTLB! Staff is very helpful & always friendly! They also have a moving truck for rent that is easy to rent as well as drive. Highly recommend!
