My 10-year-old car was in dire need of some TLC, and I am absolutely amazed at the transformation. I live in Ventura County & have not been satisfied w/different places I have taken my car. Especially, getting the headlights cleaned. The Team at Madrona worked magic on my vehicle and now it looks brand spanking new! The attention to detail was impeccable, from the meticulously cleaned interior to the sparkling exterior. I have to give a special shout-out to the detail Team for the exceptional wax work! My car's paint hasn't looked this glossy since I bought it. It's obvious that the staff takes a lot of pride in their work, as every inch of my vehicle was treated with care and expertise. Their details are worth it! I'm loving driving my Hyundai around! ......Bottom line....if you want your car to look brand spanking new.....Madrona Car Wash is the spot!

Madrona Car Wash has a long history and we've been customers since their $9.99 deal. The facility is well-maintained and customer service is great. However, they didn't properly clean the kids' car seat, so I had to remove it for a thorough cleaning. Otherwise, it's a perfect place for a car wash.

I am here on a Saturday afternoon. They have snacks and drinks, coffee machines. You can also buy things for your car, like a steering wheel cover, car charger, etc. inside as well as an ATM. They do a decent job. One of the better car washes in the Torrance area. I like they have a small fenced in area for your dog.

Great car wash service in torrance that will get your car sparkling like new. I’ve taken mine and my wife’s car here several times and I have been overall impressed with the service and attention to detail. Today I took my new Tesla for a hand wash and they did not disappoint. They cleaned the car top to bottom (including door jams and under floor mats), plus they cleaned my daughters car seat and stroller.

One of the best carwashes out there. I really enjoyed meeting the staff and the manager extremely friendly and helpful. My daughter spilled her milk in my new car and the staff was extremely helpful. My car looked and smelled good as new.
Great car wash! I get the wash with the ceramic protector and only wash my car about twice a month. The paint has stayed really well in tact and shiny. I just pass my time at Target while I wait. The outside people do a great job and super affordable for the Southbay.

Great experience at this car wash. I will be coming back for my weekly car wash! But I have to give a special thanks to the vacuum guy. He's dedicated! My kid eats cheetos in the back and it was all stuck and STICKY in the seats and everywhere and he really worked hard to get it all out. You could smell it coming out haha! I ended up tipping him extra because he really worked on it. Everyone is friendly here and I didn't have to wait that long for a wash. Definitely will keep coming back.

I had a discount coupon from Best Buys guide and decided to check this car wash out. I got one of their cheaper packages and they still did a great job. The vacuums guys worked really hard to clean out my back seat and the car was so clean!

Seriously awesome! Our old 2001 F350 w/340,000 miles got an amazing, full-service car wash ($16.95 oversize plus .30 off fuel) and we were both amazed at the attention to detail! Wish we lived here so we could visit more often!!!

The staff was super friendly and guided me with the perfect wash. I watched them work their magic on my car! When they handed me back the keys, I was floored. With a career in travel nursing, I had to commute from Denver to California for my next assignment. After a 15 hour drive with my dog, my car was an absolute mess. The full service wash at Madrona was phenomenal. Rajan did a great job vacuuming my 4Runner. My car smelled so clean and you were not even able to tell I had traveled with a dog for such an extensive period of time. I look forward to coming back here because of such a hardworking, friendly staff!

Great detailers here. The car washes are great too but they do a really amazing job with details. My Audi gets detailed every few months and I have never had it not shine!

I was worried about purchasing their detail option at first. I could do just as good of a job at home. Their work completely blew me away. My car was handed back to me, looking like new. These guys know what they are doing here.

I had a wonderful experience. I would take my car to have it washed. Then I had a few fender benders. Someone told me to have it polished. So I went to them and the work was great. All the scratches were removed. Such an awesome job guys. I would recommend them.

Came to get my Outback detailed as it needed it bad. They were friendly and helpful. Basically, their washes are a la carte. Each additional service is about $29.99. So their best wash is $29.99, want your seats shampooed? That's another $29.99. Etc. I was helped by Erica at the start and by Rene at the end. They did a great job!! I have kids so you know my car looked like raccoons had lived in it for months. They cleaned it out so well that it looks practically new. Thanks again Madrona Car Wash...keep up the good work.
