It's ok on low budget

Watch out for the property manager, Joey. He is very rude and unprofessional. He thinks he is the king of his castle and treats tenants like dirt. When I went to drop off the security deposit and asked for a receipt, he told me to go find another apartment and he had no time for receipt. He tells tenants not to call him after hours even for emergency and threatens to charge fee if I call. he charges for everything. He even charged tenants $20 for opening door when they accidentally locked out of unit. Not sure if that was the management policy or his way of keeping his fat pocket. I even saw him repeatedly yelling and screaming at a minor. The place is cheaper than others apartments but that harassment is not worth it.
