Rosecrans Station Park & Ride

Gas prices hurt. Great place to park and ride. Metro is now using a Fare capping system. $5 per day. You ride free for the rest of the day. If you spend $18 in a 7 day period, you ride free for the rest of those 7 days. The 7 day period starts when you pay your first fare. The J Line aka Silver 910/950 now runs 24/7 up to Union.

*Note*
Those with mobility issues are better off heading south towards Harbor Gateway. The elevators dont always work, and even if they do, you have to cross a very busy 6 lane street to get to the north side. No crosswalk either.

Plenty of parking spaces. Great way to get downtown LA without dealing with traffic/parking fees.

Sidenote: The bus I got on didn't charge me a fare either and everyone was respectfully wearing masks. (Your experience may vary.)

Safe spot to park during weekday, while I attend a nearby school.

There is always parking. Don't leave anything of value visable in your car.
