My girlfriend has been going to Bob for many years, she only has good things to say about his business ethics and kindness. He also will teach you quite a bit if you care to listen, the man is extremely knowledgeable having been in the business for so long. He will patiently answer any and all questions you have with a smile. You can tell he enjoys his interactions with customers. He encourages you to get other offers before making a decision to sell which actually blew my mind. I never felt pressured at all to hurry and sell, but rather took his offer because it was very fair. His generosity is legendary. This guy is the very definition of salt of the earth, a true gentleman. Thank you Bob for continuing to put out such positive, good energy into the world, your kindness is contagious. I will forever recommend you to anyone looking to have a very easy, relaxed selling experience that you will not regret.

I came here after I had gotten two terrible quotes at different places nearby. I didn't want to sell at that point, I was demoralized, but I had to take my girl to work and I had no gas money. I gave up and decided to take anything at the next closest place, that's when I arrived here. I entered and was instantly nicely greeted and asked a couple of questions like why I wanted to sell which no other place had even bothered to ask, I explained my situation to him and he truly tried to understand, he had already given me a quote but right before I left the shop he gave me extra money and a two dollar bill for good luck I couldn't help leave his shop crying he had doubled the last quote I had received, he saved my Christmas Eve I called my mom crying there is still good people out there. I would recommend this place over any shop in the LBC! I'm telling you this is the place.

This is the place to go if you have a loose piece of gold and you wanna' sell it. The gentlemen who owns the shop is very knowledgeable and courteous. He knows his stuff. Recommended!

Bob the owner gave me a great price for my gold chain and pendant and asked me if I was sure if I wanted to sell my jewelry. He's genuinely in the customer's best interest. I looked this place up online and was thrilled with all the positive reviews. I believe I was helped by Bob, the owner. He asked me what I wanted to do with my gold earrings I told him I wanted to sell them. He was really nice and asked me how I had head about them and I gave my response. He does give you a lucky $2.00 bill too. I highly recommend this place. Go sell your gold, or jewelry, you won't be disappointed.

Bob was such a wonderful help. I wasn't really sure what to expect when it came to selling an old-ish coin, but he was very friendly/informative, and explained all my options. No pressure whatsoever. Very pleased with my experience.

Seriously the best experience I've ever had. He quoted me one price then when the gold turned out to be 14 rather than 18 he still stuck to the quote. So when were about to leave he gives me the money plus gives my Mom and I each $5.00 dollars and tells us have lunch on him. Then gives me a $2.00 dollar bill for good luck.

Wow, this guy is great! He helped restore my faith in humanity lol. I went in to try to sell my solitaire diamond engagement ring. He really could have tried to take advantage of me, but he didn't. He recommended I don't sell it to a jeweler and try to sell the ring on my own, as that would get me an amount closer to the real value of the ring. He didn't even try to offer me some ridiculously low amount of money. Plus he gave me a $2 bill! I will certainly be going to him first when I try to sell some straight gold pieces I have.

Great guy! Really nice personality and is straight up not willing to rip you off like a lot of other jewlery stores and what not. Really highly recommend to come here! :)
