1st visit on 4/5/24: Office staff very pleasant; M.A. doing vitals was courteous, conversant and friendly. Dr. Ostrom was focused, concerned and informative regarding my health issues. Friendly and reassuring. Very satisfied with my visit.

Dr. Ostrom is fantastic. He’s very informative and doesn’t rush you, he always addresses all your concerns and questions. I’d give him 10 stars if I could.

Everyone, techs, nurses, doctors are on time, efficient, engaged and professional. There is a sense of get the job done and offer what needs to be done. We were happy with the pace, the answers, the personalities, and the care given.

Dr Ostrom and the staff make sure I am comfortable during my visits, I am always treated well. I respect and appreciate his expertise and professionalism, he also has great bedside manner. My wait times are minimal; his practice is simply " the best" I have recommended several people to him for speciality care

Dr. Ostrom has been my cardiologist for about 10 years now. He attends to my heart health very well. He is kind, professional, and gives me the information I need to know for my heart health. Super doctor and terrific office staff! He is a highly skilled doctor with a very good bedside manner who cares about your health. My mom had an ablation preformed by Dr. O 10 years ago and she’s now in her 90s!!! I highly recommend Dr. Ostrom. You can trust him with your whole ❤!

Dr. Ostrom was very warm and patient with my sister, his patient, and gracefully allowed me to listen in to keep up to date on her care as she acknowledges some memory problems. He also thoughtfully consented to allowing me to consult with his office staff about a potential change to another HMO to check is his office in in their provider network.

First time meeting Dr. Ostrom as a new patient. It was a pleasant encounter. He acted highly professional and was thorough in his medical assessment of my health conditions. Dr. Ostrom is highly skilled. He listens carefully and has great patience with questions and concerns. He is available to consider budget limitations of patients taking expensive prescriptions and tries when possible to offer alternates when insurance is limited.

Appointment yesterday was typical of of his excellent service.. He listens to your concerns and symptoms, reviews your current treatment and medications and suggests course(s) of action going forward so that the patient feels that he will be able to make the next appointment. I predict that someday he will have a medical building named after him. Five star service from a five star Doctor.
