Cinemark at The Pike Outlets and XD

Staff was friendly and attentive. Popcorn was very good and as well as the drinks. The lobby, restroom and theater were very clean and tidy. The seating and sound system were superb. There was a problem with the films being shown during the trailers for the upcoming movies. However, after alerting the ticket collector at the front door. The situation was corrected just in time for the main movie. We will be back soon. Thank you!

It was a great place to go to for our first date night the atmosphere was nice the seats were comfortable.

I sometimes go here to watch a new movie. The place is almost always busy, but always give good service. I highly recommend that you sit in the D-boxes if you really want to feel like you are a part of the movie. It is pretty pricey, but it is worth it.

A getaway for myself or a bonding experience with my daughter, this theater is legit. It's close to the house, everyone is super friendly and the theaters and restrooms are always clean. Customer service is top tier and I enjoy myself after each visit.

Great place to see a movie. The stadium seating is steeply sloped and the screen is positioned at just the right height. Seats are comfortable. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and shops to make for an enjoyable outing. Only downside is that the two hours of free parking rarely covers the time you'll spend.

The seats were amazing! And the med popcorn 🍿 wasn't expensive.

Love this place. You can place an order on the app and they deliver the food to your seat and they have alcohol to drink. ❤The seats are comfortable and recline.

Wow all these bad reviews … I’ve honestly never had a bad experianc here … yes, the screen are not IMax size or let alone average LA size (a bit smaller) but as a local theater, I’m content …. Yes don’t bring a bag that’s 12in + but they are so laid back …. I go in with my pockets stuffed , giving Michelin Man, and I’ve never been questioned …. They just come for the check and can you ask for more ….Plus the theater are just a bit passed clean … like they can be cleaner butt they are not at all dirty ….

One of the most reasonably priced theaters around. The concessions aren't anything crazy, but they have enough to get by. The alcohol seems to not be available most of the time. But the actual viewing experience is great. The seats, projector, and speakers are all above expectations.

Very comfortable seats, good snack bar selection. Friendly staff to top it all off.

My go to theatre. Catch the big action and beautiful cinematic films in full theatre mode for a cheap matinee price. Can't go wrong on any free day.

Super comfy reclining seats with spacious rows. You pick your seats when you buy your tickets so no worries about finding seats together in the moment. And the matinee prices at least were pretty reasonable!

The seats are so comfortable. The aisles are wide so people can pass without disturbing others

I love this theatre. I come here almost every week and the staff is always so friendly. The staff is also great at keeping their composure when the lines are out of control.

The popcorn is always good and their fruit punch always hits different! Absolutely wonderful. I'm obsessed with their pizza too. I don't understand why it's so good!!! It is funny to see people anxiously waiting for these pizzas because they are just that good. The only thing that could make my experience better is for them to start carrying PICKLES!

Some of the screens do have minor imperfections, which can be annoying if you tend to hyper focus on them, but I never actually ever had a bad experience in any of the rooms/auditoriums(?).

My only real complaint is that the concession lines can feel overly cramped at times. I wish the layout was a bit better to create a nicer flow but I'm not sure how that is achievable given the current counter structure.

I do know that you can pre-purchase snacks using a computer or phone; however, there is not a pre-purchase option for the pizza and some other items, so standing in line is necessary.

Overall, 5/5 stars. Two thumbs up.

Love the reclinable chairs and the big theaters. They got basically every movie in every formal XD 3D 4k like legit it’s a comfy place with chill workers, I’ve been coming here for almost 4 years and every time I’m out in LA or Riverside and go to a theater I compare it to here as a basic standard and every single time I’m so surprised by the bar the pike Cinemark sets.

Prices are average though nothing crazy, nothing good nothing bad just average 🤷‍♂

Great place to watch a movie then go eat at so many restaurant options. Great date night or fam fun. I actually hung out there with my son.

Five nights a Freddy's a really good movie, my kids loved it. CoreyXKenshins cameo was the highlight of the movie.
