I had a fabulous experience buying a 2022 Tesla Model 3. The price was fair. The car is great, especially given that it’s high mileage. Sam was amazing. The best experience I’ve had buying a car. He was super communicative and sent me the latest options once they hit the lot. He took the time to answer all my questions about my financing options. He even came in on his day off for my test drive. If you’re looking for an affordably priced used Tesla and don’t mind high miles, I’d recommend Sam and Hertz. The Teslas seem to get bought super quick so if you see something you like online go that day. The paperwork and signing was fast, no more than an hour. Miguel the manager was also super helpful during the process.

Hertz is the only place I will be purchasing cars from now on! After going to several over-priced, stressful and time-consuming dealerships, I was left disappointed. Then I found Hertz’s car sales website. I sent in a request for pre-approval during the middle of the night and they contacted me as soon as they opened the next day. My sales consultant, Sam Awni, had the car I inquired about ready for me to inspect and test drive upon arrival. They offer no-haggle pricing so the price on their website is the price you get. My new vehicle is used with very low mileage but looks brand new and has no imperfections or damage. I was able to buy it at their listed price with $0 down and low monthly payments, even though my credit is poor. The finance consultant, Douglas Chin, was very informative and was able to miraculously work out a deal I am able to afford. They also were able to roll in the maintenance care package and gap insurance at a discounted rate to ensure my car is protected. I am so thankful to Sam & Douglas! They are miracle workers and lifesavers! I highly recommend going to see them at Hertz if you need a car. I will be sending recommendations their way.

Excellent experience, we called ahead of time to make sure the cars we were interested in were available. Set up an appointment with Garnet. He had the cars ready for us to look at when we arrived, answered our questions. Garnet was very professional, not pushy & knowledgeable.

We visited to test drive a few cars. If you hate going to a regular car dealership because of the salespeople. Try Hertz no pressure buying. No hassle pricing and the cars are nice.

This review is long overdue...sorry Ryan! I actually got the car in August 2022 from the Hertz Dealership in Las Vegas, and was super glad that they transferred the purchase to Hertz Torrance. RYAN at the Torrance was a delight, very professional and made everything an easy process for me. No waits for call backs, clear in communication and follow ups. I am more than happy with him and would recommend Hertz just because of Ryan. Good customer service goes a long, long way but a kind and nice agent doesn't hurt either. Thanks so much Ryan for everything and sorry this took me so long....! If every dealer had a Ryan, there would be no complaints :). I am suggesting a promotion, cuz you rock :).

The best car buying experience ever! They were welcoming but no pressure like you tend to get at other car dealerships. Rene' was our rep and he was knowledgeable and made us feel very at ease. He followed through and got us the car we wanted. Walter made our purchase simple and streamlined. I highly recommend Hertz Car sales in Torrance if your looking to buy or rent a car.

Salesman by the name of Logan took care of me. Made the whole process very easy, no BS. Had the car ready that I wanted to test when I arrived, Drove it, took care of all the paperwork and the deal was done. Even helped me out afterwards by helping me get an extra key and the license plates.
Overall an awesome experience

Although I did not end up purchasing a car here (they didn't have the hatchback model I wanted ) the sales person Conrad that helped me was super helpful and didn't make me feel pressured into buying anything. They have a no haggle price policy but that's because their prices are already pretty dang low and they also have a warranty that comes with all their cars. If you're in the market for a used car, definitely check them out.

Purchased 2 vehicles from this location after terrible experiences at the Anaheim location and got the same vehicle with a better deal that was being offered in Anaheim. Was in and out within an hour both times and each time with a different sales guy and different finance manager. Spouse had a great experience buying a car with the folks at Hertz Norwalk.

Really wanted a 4WD 4Runner but spent months looking and they were all 30k or more for 2016 or newer with higher miles. They may have had more luxury packages but I didn’t need that. I went in thinking I was going to get a RAV4 or Honda Civic but they had a 2018 4WD 4Runner with 41k miles for 25k. Buying it was not the painful experience like when I purchased new cars from a dealer. It was so easy. They even drove the car to my mechanic to check it out. I was approved immediately and got my 4R the next day. I love that vehicle! Highly recommend them.

We dealt with Abel from Hertz Car sales Torrance and he was great! 5 out of 5. You can't beat the price for any of these cars on the Used market. Mechanically these cars are in fantastic condition. The cars all previously lived their lives as rental cars so expect some cosmetic wear and tear.

My son purchased a car through Hertz a year ago, a different location, and when I saw how EASY the whole process was with this company, I had to use them for myself! Edgar made this process very relaxed. Thank you Edgar. Definitely using this company again in the future!

Chris Brown , helped us in our purchase of a 2016 ford fusion , He approached us on the sales lot ,introduce him self as Chris ,and he asked how he could help us . From there on we told him what we were looking for and right away he went to get the keys and allowed us to check out the car .
