This business has always gone over the top in customer service. The owner listens to what I want and what is possible with my budget in mind. Installation has always been clean and timely. If there was ever any questions or concerns they were taken care of immediately without question. I have taken all my family’s vehicles here for legit sound systems that continue to keep me coming back and referring anyone that looking for an honest job with a company that stands behind their work. Had an issue with a newly installed stereo done by another place and they identified the problem quickly, did an amazing job getting it working again! Combine that with outstanding professionalism, great value and friendly customer service - will definitely be back!

I brought my range Rover to Efren and his crew twice drove from Sacramento to let them do the work. They did a very good job on the music and window tint . They did a full up grade on the music I'm definitely coming back to do more business.

I have a 2020 GMC Sierra 1500. I didn't want to cut into my factory wiring so I got a harness and I was sent one that had a issue. I'm pretty Savvy with installs myself but could not figure out what was going on with the wiring so I brought it to Long Beach Audio I spoke with Efren and also Rob was there at 8 about an hour before the shop even opened. I talked with Rob for the whole hour and felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle in his hands. Efren is a very good manager and make sure that you're completely happy with everything and talks to you through the whole process. I would highly recommend this shop there's only a few places like this where you have some old school dude to have been in the business for 30 years and truly care about what they're doing. They solve my issue and now my system sound excellent!

Had always received great service and support from the Long Beach Audio Shop. Had come back to this shop for the last 3 years. I own a Jeep wrangler, first I added an amp. and subwoofer, then I added an alarm and electric locks for the doors and back gate, then I tinted my windows. The service is great, Efren is very friendly and knowledgeable, he has taken care of a few small issues that had come out and has been very helpful. Will keep coming any time.

When in for window tint on my civic hatchback - their work and service was excellent!! I would for sure recommend this place to others if you all are in the market for tint. Without a doubt the guy who worked on my vehicle, nailed it!!!

Long Beach Audio Shop is 5 stars all the way. Efren hooked me up with a custom subwoofer box, amp, and bass knob in my 2019 Tacoma. Installation was as clean as it gets, and done for an amazing price. The customer service at this place is TOP NOTCH. This is the second time I've taken a vehicle to LB Audio Shop, and will continue to recommend family and friends to this place.

They made a great recommendation on a stereo for an older car. Came up with a creative fix for the sound in my car after a piece was missing. Professional, experts in their field and fair price!

My Experience at Al & Ed's Auto sound was amazing. Mr Effrin took care of me and installed my sound system in the time he projected. It was clean and professional and my music sounds crisp and clear in my vehicle. Excellent customer service all the way around!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Now I see why they have been around for over 2 decades!!!

Iv been coming here for years. To get all my tinting, retinting, sound and other odd jobs done. These guys are very polite, friendly and clean.
They do amazing work in a timely fashion and the prices are the best around.

These guys were straight up awesome, they took me in the same day with no appointment, weren't pushy or persistent about anything, and they set me up with a sweet sound system in my mustang at a SMOKING price!!

Very clean install, sound quality is superb, and they offer a warranty on the products as well as installation!

Efren, I hope I spelled your name right - you are the real MVP. He took my car in at 4:30 PM and worked on it all the way until 10 PM at night in order to work with my tight schedule. How often do you see a business staying open 4 hours after closing in order to finish a costumer's car? Not very.

Efren hooked me up with 4 new speakers, an amp, and a subwoofer, all integrated within my stock deck. VERY satisfied costumer, would recommend, 5 stars!

Took my car because I’ve very picky on who gets to work on my car. Took a chance at this shop that my sister recommended. Amazing service and the tints came out amazing. I couldn’t be much happier to start bringing my other cars here.

Always, in the 5 months I had to go there as quick as they could they got me on my way. Always offering water/coffee, letting me know approximately how long i may need to wait, they are a busy little business. All in all 5 star all the way. Thanks guys.

So I called PCH CUSTOM AUDIO and the guy never let me finish explaining on the phone, and cut me off while I was speaking which I find quite rude, because I wanted to know if he would be able to check my amp to see why it was going in and out (I noticed the plug wasn’t intact), but I was extremely turned off by his service over the phone so I then decided to stop by Long Beach Audio Shop instead and CHUY WAS EXTREMELY ATTENTIVE. He did NOT interrupt me at all whatsoever, and he even helped me out WITHOUT WANTING TO CHARGE ME because all he had to do was put the cord back in place! He could’ve easily tried to charge me $5-$10 for his time but he didn’t!!! This was my First time coming here and I was amazed by his customer service!!!!! I WILL DEFINITELY BE REFERRING PEOPLE THERE!!! Thank you CHUY!

I feel so guilty for not leaving a review for these guys years ago. Everytime I get a new car, I go directly to them. They're very informative, polite, they always show initiative, which I love and there's been times where they've done labor for me without even charging but don't expect that... LOL. I don't know any better place to go for music, window tint, alarm, auxiliary or fuse work ect. I love these guys

Very honest people i dont remember his name but really professional.I brought my alpine so they can install it for me they tested it first and told me that its a good unit he did Not try to get more money off of me by trying to sell me another stereo only 50 buck for the installation will definitely come back

Fully replaced stock stereo in my Benz and very happy overall. Had a small delay but it was worth the wait and the owner took very good care of me. I'll be back with my Camaro soon.
