Management team is responsive and does their best to address your concerns. When I first moved in, my maintenance requests were addressed within 24 hours, which I was really impressed by. There was some miscommunication with my parking space being assigned to another tenant already, but management resolved this quickly and effectively, and they even offered to credit me back for the period I did not have parking. I feel welcomed into the office any time to ask questions or address concerns because the staff is friendly.

Rented month to month for 8 months. Management team is nice. Didn’t have any issues with the apartment so didn’t have to request any maintenance. They would communicate any issues or work that needed to be done in a timely manner.

Location was no smoking but a few residents would smoke in their apartments and in the common area even though there was a manager on premise.
Moving out was easy and received my deposit in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend renting from this property management.

Five star because the smoking had became less frequent so I am assuming the management told the residents to stop.

Belmont Brokerage provided me with excellent service and a great apartment. Other management companies don't come close. With reasonable prices, modern and clean properties, and a process that was easy and painless, I was truly amazed!

I was looking for an apartment and these people make it easy. You show your ID, leave a deposit that is later returned, and they give you a key to go check the place out. Fast and simple. Much better than making an appointment for a showing. They also give you plenty of time to look at the place. Some rental offices only give you about 30 minutes. This place allowed me either one hour or two. I can’t recall which.

Belmont Brokerage was well organized when I went to pick up key for a self guided tour of a vacant apartment.

Maintenance request are always handled quickly. My apartment manager is always easy to contact and my plumbing issue handled within 1 day.

I just want to share my experience with Belmont Brokerage as someone who was going to rent with them. First things first, I just want to thank Belmont Brokerage for being so understanding and accommodating during our short time with them. We were initially going to rent a studio with Belmont Brokerage but ended up finding a 1 bedroom with another property management company. Our applications were approved for the studio and we had already put in a security deposit of $1500 so we were basically ready to move in the following weekend. But we did prefer a 1 bedroom and we wanted to transfer our application to a 1 bedroom unit that they had on their listing, but it got rented so fast that we were stuck with the studio. So we looked for other apartments and fortunately found a 1 bedroom within the same price but it was owned by another property management company. When we told Belmont Brokerage that we wanted to cancel our holding deposit and will no longer be moving in to the studio, they gave us no issues at all and refunded back our security deposit of $1500 + our application fees of $40 per applicant (two people) minus a pro-rated amount for having the studio off market, which wasn't much at all since we only had the security deposit in for about one week. We came in two days later and picked up our refund in a cash check and that was it. No issues and no attitude.
We really appreciate Belmont Brokerage for their understanding and giving us no issues regarding our refund of our security deposit. We also appreciate Belmont Brokerage for being so nice and helpful to us during our short time with them. I want to thank everyone at the office for being so accommodating and understanding. And I want to thank Evelyn at the front desk for being so nice and helpful. We will definitely be looking for apartments to rent with Belmont Brokerage in the future.
